“I had a problem with a delivery. I had been given about 5 different delivery dates. I called UPS and Amazon numerous times. My package had been sitting in a closed facility since early Saturday morning. I was told their hands were tied and no one could do anything till after Christmas. Then out of the blue I get a phone call from a UPS rep. She drove 40 minutes in pouring down rain to open a closed facility to hunt for my package. She then allowed me to come pick it up. She went above and beyond in pouring down rain to get me my Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She was so kind. BTW I gave her a gift card for her trouble. “My experience with Craters and Freighters Nashville was a bit of a journey to get my pottery out to CA. My customer service rep took the time/effort to answer my email questions and provide an initial quote - he was patient as I looked into other alternative ways to get my pottery shipped - no other resource does an LTL for artwork that I could find - the packing and shipping process was excellent - none of my pieces were damaged. I have now an abundance of bubble wrap/black Styrofoam to add to my own shipping supplies for customers. I would use Craters and Freighters again based on this first experience.”
