They give back in forms of a profit share project to support charities and I know more than once Russ and his team have gone out of town and even out of state to support folks affected by severe weather events. I am sure there is a lot they do that does not get recognized. I can personally attest to Russ' character and it cascades in how he treats employees and customers.”

“I had a problem with a delivery. I had been given about 5 different delivery dates. I called UPS and Amazon numerous times. My package had been sitting in a closed facility since early Saturday morning. I was told their hands were tied and no one could do anything till after Christmas. Then out of the blue I get a phone call from a UPS rep. She drove 40 minutes in pouring down rain to open a closed facility to hunt for my package. She then allowed me to come pick it up. She went above and beyond in pouring down rain to get me my Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She was so kind. BTW I gave her a gift card for her trouble.
