My parents had an amazing experience here today! They specifically wanted to commend Lexie on her amazing customer service and professionalism! They came to open a new safe deposit box because of the disrespect and unprofessionalism they experienced at a different branch (831 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN) they had been customers at for several years. Lexie immediately welcomed them in and asked how she could help. Throughout the process, she was very kind, respectful, and professional. Thank you so much, Lexie!

We went to regions to open a checking account for a minor and they said we need and ID and they knew my age and didn’t say anything and I went to get my ID and came back o regions and they said you are under age 1 hour wasted

Lexie is the best agent I have ever known. She helps me having a paperwork as a proof of one transaction and she could say she can not do it because the other banker did not help me over it and not even try to solve that matter. But she made many phone calls to help me for that. I see how she helps other client there. Very respectful and professional and so kind and always has a beautiful smile.She deserves more and I hope Regions have more people like her over there. and I am sure she will be successful in her path. Thank you Lexie. And do not let someone like W effects the way you work and change you. You are the best ❤️I give her 5 star but bcz of W I give this bank one star less.

Do not go out of your way to deposit your check/cash at the atm. 9/10 the atm will not accept any deposits. In addition, the times I do come to this one during business hours, the teller on the far left with short hair is incompetent. 10/10 can assure a simple request of “deposit this into checking” will result in anything but that.Ascend credit union is right down the street, and right every time. Highly recommend them over this regions location.

Don’t waste your time banking with regions they are a joke of an institution. I will be closing my accounts immediately. I went to regions to report fraudulent activity on my credit card. I was upfront and told them I did not have my license on me and they said no problem we can cut the card off. Withholding the information that I would not have access to my funds. They then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get a new card until 9 am the next day. I explained the situation to a “manager” who told me he could give me $25 from my account but that’s all. My issue is the fact they cut my card off without the “proper identification” and were willing to give me $25 from the SAME account still without “proper identification” but couldn’t give me access to any other funds or replace my card and refused to turn the card I brought in back on. So I can cut off the card to any account I find on the street and bring in because I don’t need “proper identification” to close an account, just any card, and be given $25 from the same account of the card I just brought in even though under your rules no one checked my “proper identification” to withdraw those funds?

I go to this Regions weekly Friday or Saturday to with draw money out of ONE of my accounts and have never had an issue or feel if there was an issue!Just left there now and beyond post that some lady I have Never seen there before by the way attended me and was so rude and out of line. When I approached the counter she said how can I help you I said yes need to make a checking withdrawal please. She then asks me how much for whatever reason instead of giving me my withdrawal slip. I say 4505 she repeats so 45.05? I’m like Ah NO 4,505.00 mam she then gives me a withdrawal slip. After me filing out the withdrawal slip and her having my license looks at me and asked do you have your card? I said no I don’t she proceeded then asked me out of no where are you going to close your account? Right there and then wanted to lose it on this lady as first of all I just told you I need to make a withdrawal why do you need to ask me something so illiterate?I will be calling corporate! She was an older lady, short black hair, with glasses, all the way to the left hand side of the front counter!

3 open tellers inside and I was snapped at when I walked up to one that I need to "wait to be called". I had to stand while being ignored by 3 people for several minutes before being served. I am glad Regions Bank in Lavergne TN doesn't have to worry about customer satisfaction.

I came to Regions bank just to get some change for the post office. I was told since they don't have an account I can't get change.So the only way you can really go into regions bank is if you have an account or want to get one.Bottom line I won't be back ever.

I have been with Regions for many years. Had several accounts with them. Here are some reasons why they are a horrible bank:1) if you make a deposit on Friday it is not actually deposited until Tuesday - poor service2) very poor customer service especially at Lavergne TN Branch - William Pratt Manager3) they canceled my account because I expressed my unhappiness with there service - I did not request to cancel, I just received letter in mail.4) very poor online services5) would not accept a state issued ID - gun permit... all other banks do--- probably a very liberal left wing organization.6) William Pratt manager, does not call you back even if you leave several messages for him.I will say they used to be have good customer service years ago but now it is horrible at every angle!!!
