“Do yourself a favor and avoid the traditional post office at all costs! Instead, drop by this location for the most exquisite customer service in all the land! Jim is so unbelievably pleasant he could probably still make you smile even if you had just watched your dog get hit by a spaceship. The customer service is a caliber that predates the internet. Prices are reasonable and everyone I've met has been so friendly and kind and go above and beyond to help out every customer. I never thought I would find a mail place that gives me a little boost of joy every time I visit but here we are! There are certain businesses in Nashville that still have that magical hometown feel to them and this is one of them. “Kindahl at the service desk has been the greatest help to me that it makes me want to cry happy tears!!! I was in Staples at the service desk for 2.5 hours a week ago and she helped me design, size and print invitations for my father’s 10 year’s memorial anniversary. The result was prefect!! And today she printed a PDF picture of my father on a matted sheet and it was again prefect!!! She’s an asset to the company !!!”
