“The staff at this location are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was dreading going to the post office because of experiences at other locations, but this USPS office is one of the best customer experiences of any kind that I’ve had in a while. While I was there, I observed staff be very patient and kind with an irrationally irritated customer, and provide amazing service to everyone. Thank you to Destiny and the team for helping me today! “I don’t know if this is the correct post office (the one that delivers to Lenox village) or if it will reach the intended person. I just want to write this, in case you read it.
I had intended to be home today to accept some flowers I had ordered. I was afraid the plants would die if they were left to roast in the sun- so I left a note and asked if he or she could put them in the shade under the stairs. I hoped the person delivering them would see it. They did! I came home to see them tucked away in the shade, safe.

“I’ve had a lot of negative experiences at post offices in the last few years but had a great interaction at this one! Went in to mail a 401k rollover I’ve been stressing about and there was confusion about a PO box vs Lockbox that the clerk was super helpful with even made absolutely sure with her manager the address was correct. In that time the Smyrna post office has never misplaced a piece of mail of mine. when I need to go into the post office my experience has been very positive, they are always professional and cordial. Considering all the cut-backs they are facing It's my opinion that they are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the great work!”
