2 stars because of customer service. It seems like rude behavior is a requirement for every manager hired. The attitude of management is a reflection of why the employees rarely speak. Sad. I drive to Murfreesboro solely for the hospitality.

I’m disappointed that Planet Fitness no longer operates 24/5like it used to. It used to be convenient to work out any day of the week, but now it’s only open 24 hours three days a week. This change has messed up my routine, and it feels like the gym isn’t as accessible as it should be. If you’re someone who depends on very early morning workout, this might not be the best option anymore.

TRUCK DRIVERS, you can park here do 3-4 exercises but do not stay overnight or will get a notification by managers.. thank you guys ( planet fitness) for let me park and do my exercises. And help truckers to stay little healthy on the road. And truckers keep it clean ??

They should do a good cleaning on all the machines, they are all dirty, they have dirt, sand, the chest and dumbbell area ?? everything is dirty, please do a good cleaning and I will rate them with 5 stars ⭐️ the place is well located but the dirt is not good

Driving across Tennessee and stuck in Metro Nashville traffic, it was time for a break and Planet Fitness got it done. Easy to park and check in, the locker room was clean and on a Saturday afternoon, no one was using the Thirty Minute Circuit. Hooray!
The showers were in decent condition. A good stop and I'm happy with my Black Card membership that gets me into any Planet Fitness in the network!

****UPDATED***** A representive of the company reached out to me and got the membership canceled****Not a reflection on this location but this is where my wife has her current membership. We moved away and have tried to call and cancel multiple times. They all say sorry you have to come in. It’s honestly a ridiculous policy. Seems like they want to shame you and rub it in your face before you can cancel. Either way terrible policy for a multi billion dollar company.
