I’ve been going to this shop since early 2022 and every time it’s been a 5 star service. Andy has helped me so much and is very kind. The whole staff is great too. This is the only shop I trust and go to for everything.

I LOVE Y’ALL!! Excellent service from Jesse — So speedy, efficient, and kind. Came and got my car in about 30 minutes. I’ve never even been in the state of Tennessee before so he totally saved me. I really appreciate it!

Bought my car from my brother's fiance who kept a detailed record of all maintenance and repairs, battery was changed 2 years ago. Can't prove anything but I took it in for an oil change heard them shouting about where my keys were at every light was on when I got in the car. Turned it off and tried to turn it back on again grinded got a bit got halfway started and stayed trying. Suspicious they left the electric running and drained the battery. Don't know why they would cause I already told them I needed to get my brakes replaced next month.

Competitive pricing, excellent customer service, and great timing. Highly recommend! What intrigued me the most that he showed me the old parts and where the new parts where placed on my car. Didn't walk away assuming if I got used parts. Highly recommend!

We brought in a Honda CRV to get inspected before we decided to buy it. Andy was great and extremely helpful. They went through all the diagnostics with us and let us know of any issues. Everyone was very helpful and I would recommend Ortiz Auto Repair to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

Dropped off my 2013 Elantra to have the Power Steering Coupler replaced. Mr Ortiz and his team did a great job on the repair. Everyone was very kind a courteous. Also, the price for the repair was less than the corporate guys and the local dealers. Thank you! Definitely will return for my next repair.
I have now returned for my 2nd repair. This was for A/C. Had to buy the whole kit for warranty purposes. The guys did a great job once again. This involved new Compressor, Expansion Valve, O rings, Condenser, drier, etc. Also replaced the serpentine belt. I've had it back for a week now and everything works perfectly. Once again the price was less.

Worst people to deal with. Lied to my face about the product they sold me. It malfunctioned in front of their staff so they could see. Refused to refund $300. Called the police on me in secret without asking me to leave once. Police laughed when they got there... See you in court!
They're not afraid to team up and lie to a judge in court either. These guys will be even more emboldened to take advantage of consumers...
Oh yeah, they made a bunch of fake reviews to offset the authentic reviews.

Ortiz Auto was one of multiple Auto Shops I called and originally they missed my call but then I got a call back and spoke to Mr. Ortiz who was super attentive to my needs. He allowed me time to speak and get out any questions I had which is extremely important to me.
Upon being my car in I was greeted by one of his sons, who actually did all the work on my car. It was a wonderful experience. He allowed me to observe him which may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it was mine so I was very grateful that he allowed that to happen. He also was sure to let me know of any other issues I was having with the car, recommending additional services and parts I needed and got them here quickly.
They are amazing and will be back for any questions or service I need. You will not regret coming here!

I found this place while looking to get my brakes replaced. They are clean and affordable. The service was quick, I was in and out with replacing my brake pads. The customer service was everything!
