I was a mechanic for 14 years, and when I lived in Iowa the local O'Reilly was my go to place for me to get parts. Since moving to TN, I have only been into this store a handful of times, I've found the Smyrna location to be much better, but each time I have been here I received 0 customer service. The employees have not been knowledgeable or care, but they do always seem to be talking about inappropriate topics and goofing around while leaving parts bins and clutter in the isles that could be a hazard to customers. Today I had a part that was supposed to be delivered to the store (which come to find out later was delivered but the employee just didn't want to look), I went in to pick it up and instead of the employee trying to find the part he didn't attempt to look for the part and had no solutions. He didn't attempt to find the part, look up the part, or order the part. So I flipped the bulbs that I was gonna purchase onto the counter and walked out while the employees (yes all four of them goofing around at the counter) were yelling at me and trying to instigate a confrontation. Later Summer helped be to get the part next day, but the employee stated that I threw a "part" at him. It was a pair of bulbs and I tossed it onto the counter, but I will never go to this O'Reilly's location again. The location in Smyrna has always been helpful and has what I need.

If you want to know the meaning of word rude go this branchThe black lady there literally was on her phone the whole time and when I walked to ask for her helpI swear I felt that she was gonna fight me or curse me out because I asked her help to find something on the shelf ?I even asked her How is she?? Definitely, she didn't answer meI said thank you by the end of the transaction!! Also No answerI really wished I didn't buy anything from her.Definitely this was my last time to have a business with this branch.

They have stolen parts I have ordered twice by putting it under their name or phone number when they charge me. Do not do business here, they don't know anything about vehicles and they will steal the parts you depend on to keep your vehicle running.

Get a second opinion on your battery getting checked.. the guy said mine was bad but I knew it wasn’t and needed a charge. Went to Advance auto and voila it needs charged. I question everything nowadays because people literally don’t want to do a job and plus I worked in auto parts back in the day so don’t try and fool me.

Cheyenne O'Reilly's in lavergne Tennessee she is the one the worst manager she won't do nothing for you I took my battery to get it charged up I went there three times in one week she told me it was a good battery then I call the corporate office on her she finally told them it was a bad battery they would not give me another battery because I didn't have a receipt stay away from them do not buy a battery this is the second time in 2 years I have problems with my batteries why couldn't she tell me the first time it was a bad battery
