The salesman knew I was interested in a truck because that is what we could afford. I showed up on Monday 12/16/24 and took the truck for a test drive. My salesman was out of the office on Monday but other sales staff assisted me. On Tuesday 12/17/24 I returned to get my truck evaluated for trade in. I was told by my salesman that the truck had been "sold" ( a deposit) was put down during the previous week. Either they are lying to me or the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. My point is simple- I should have never returned on Tuesday if someone had informed me the truck I wanted already had a deposit on it! It wasted my entire day to go there, not to mention the expense of and effort of running my truck there. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I am beyond disgusted with them.

Thank you for your time.

If buying a used truck, don't buy the extended warranty... You will have a better chance just putting your money in a escrow or maintenance account. That NTP warranty is some crap. They will drag they foot with a decision to fix the truck whenever it breaks down and need repairs. Can't never get the adjusters on the phone and when you do they are very rude.

I dropped off our Volvo 2021 truck on Thursday noon for HVAC warranty work. I provided all the information before the truck was checked in, and the service department verified that the truck was under warranty. However, after a 30-minute diagnosis, they said that the hose and AC compressor needed to be replaced. They didn't have the parts in stock and said we would have to wait until Monday or pay $301. How its Possible we Can Wait 5 Days with load also we are a Canadian carrier. We paid the $301 but no work was done, and the truck is still under warranty. I'm very disappointed with the rude and unprofessional staff.

Poor customer service and really overpriced. If you are an owner operator around that area, this should be the last resource if you dont have any other option.

Thank you ladies at the service counter for checking me in quickly and the great customer service. Also a great thank you to Jeff who postponed his lunch and took care of my truck. I definitely recommend this place.

They don’t deserve a single star. They provide half information first and then says it’s not their fault. I have my worst experience with them . They should learn how to do business ethically.

Very helpful mechanics and good people buttt very expensive labor per hour. I guess the most expensive I never seen yet for last 3-4 years. This is the reason you have to think go there or no.
Dear managers you have to reconsider your price for labour.

Came here for an emissions related check engine code.
Following their troubleshooting and testing They replaced my NOX sensor for $1700 at $245/hr for labor. During the repair they mentioned if it came back the next thing to do would be to replace the DEF pump. The same code came back on a couple of days later so instead I did my own research, and took off the DEF doser valve and found it to simply need cleaning. I cleaned it and the code is gone. And has been gone. Didn’t need any pump and probably didn’t need their $1700 sensor repair… I have little mechanical knowledge and quickly solved the issue correctly. And it cost $0 and 1 hour of my labor.
The cleaning I did was not on their things to try at all… oh and at $245/hr the tech couldn’t even close my hood shut when he returned my truck to me…
You’d think for $245/hr you’d get better than amateur techs that can do more than play with the computer and can at least close the hood.

My Volvo ignition key was messing up so I called and ordered one according to my VIn number. 1 hour each way to grab it. Back at my house I installed it to find out it was the wrong internal part.
I had to wait until they reopened Monday morning (said 6am but isn’t) I returned the part to the same salesman that helped me Friday. He said he must transposed my VIN and confirmed it was the wrong part.
The correct part was in stock the whole time. 1 hour each way and I’m back. 10 minutes later my ignition was fixed.
Part of this review was when I called Friday afternoon when the first part wasn’t working. I was told by service to bring the whole truck in. Uhhhh, ya. Then was told by a different tech they can’t help me. I was just looking for a heads up what I might be doing wrong….
So the parts guy as much as he messed up was polite and helpful. We’re all human.
Service…. I will avoid them for good….
Unfortunately this effects my talks with the salesmen about a 2025 truck…
