We buy all of our used parts for the shop (All Out Automotive) from knox, quality is good, if there's ever an issue they take care of it. Rooster is the man to talk to there, he gets stuff done, no whining, finger pointing or dragging feet, he knows his stuff and will go above and beyond what he needs to do. By far the best used parts guy I've ever dealt with and I've been doing this for 20 years.

Hancock is very kind and has a very good background in parts. He helps me every time I have to order from them. I work in a dealership and have lots of vendors but I choose Knox because of Hanckock’ friendliness and knowledge and most importantly how he treats his customers. Very positive guy!

i deal with a guy called rooster at knox on a consistent basis.nearly everyday if not everyday.great to work with. very intelligent on parts and a great help to me ordering parts.i recommend knox auto parts for anyone looking for used parts.

Great people to deal with!! . Ever since I start buying my cars parts, I have been thinking with Marco A , if they don't have the part in this facility they can always transfer the part I need for my vehicle from one of their other facilities to this store, free of freight charge. I never had to pay for freight.
