After three days and countless hours of phone calls with both corporate, this personal bank, and an account manager who refuses to answer or return phone calls, I was finally informed of why they were withholding an insurance check from me.The people in account services did what I suppose they could, which had me needlessly call Penny Brewer, my "account manager", who I still have not gotten into contact with. After that, they had me call the branch manager at the store where I started my account. Surprise, he wasn't there until Wednesday (this whole process started on a Monday). When I FINALLY got ahold of him, I was finally actually told the issue with the check and an unreasonable solution to fix it. All the while I'm still paying out of pocket for a rental, for which I will not be reimbursed. Keep in mind that my insurance agent was more than happy to be included in phone calls to help expedite the process and verify the check, but was declined by this company's employees.There is, very obviously, a lack of communication within this corporation and a severe lack of urgency for people who are dealing with others' money. I've been banking with them for over 10 years, and I'm hastily closing my account today.

Went to the bank to open account no one available one on lunch will be back after 30 minutes and other one in vocation

I've been a customer at the bank for years and my favorite people are Ms Laura and MrMichael they both are very nice and really knows their job, Anytime I go in they are quick to say" how may I help you,MsLaura has retired and I sure do miss seeing her beautiful friendly smile,I'm Blessed to have known her, Mr Michael is very nice and kind, I will wait on him to help me now that Ms Laura is gone!!

Good branch building, staff here us always helpful and are quick to get phones, help with issues or are generally just nice people.

So glad we found them when we moved here 14 years ago. Highly recommend for business and personal banking. Very knowledgeable and caring folks. Moving out of area & will miss our banking family.
