The room was filthy. If we had not been so tired, we would have gotten our money back and left. The bed was impossible to sleep on. The pillows were lumpy and awful! The baseboards in the room and bathroom looked like they are NEVER cleaned. I was not comfortable even using the bathroom. It is not a place I'll ever stay again. I would sleep in my car on the side of the exit ramp first.The night desk clerk was friendly, but the early check out lady was rude. The location was okay.

Do not stay at this place.The only reason I gave them one star is because there is no other option.The only reason this place is still open is because some people just can’t afford to stay anywhere else.I needed a cheap place to crash after playing a gig in downtown nashville. Boy did I learn a valuable lesson. I wouldn’t let my cat stay in this place.Literally had stains on the sheets when I pulled them back. Strong smell in the room of cigarettes, mold, and something else I can’t describe. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve never seen. Certainly reporting this place to the health dept.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I drove from wisco to tennessee with 2 kids and I asked nicely if they had rooms and he blankly looked at me and said “Do you have reservations “ I said “no I do not do you have rooms available and he shot back “well not for you” He was scruffy with glasses and he smelt like smoke almost like I was a burden to him.

Horrible. I was only staying one night, so I put up with it, but the room was disgustingly dirty. There were HAIRS in the towels and stuff all over the floors. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Also, all night long there was this machine noise that would go on and off every five minutes and last about 20 seconds. It was very annoying. Terrible terrible place.

I like this hotel because he literally lets me check in before 3 . One day I came at 8am and he let me check in. No other hotel does that. They always want u to wait til 3pm. Which is hard when u really need the room right away. I have zero problems out of this place other than it’s not very up to date but it definitely serves its purpose. The housekeepers are a little creepy but other than that it’s great. I haven’t tried their breakfast because I’m not a early bird and I always miss it.

This place needs to closed down! I have never seen such filthy room! The floor had bugs that had been crushed and left there! The smoke detected was covered by a plastic bag! It was very clear that all that had been done was the making of the bed , which makes you wonder if it was only remade.

Room was ok and needs remodeling pretty bad but was cleaner than many and most other hotels which is most important to me. Night staff and morning guy were great and friendly.

Made a reservation for a king and two Qs rooms had to take 2x2 Qs, requested for them to be beside eachother got that but would've been better if they were connected. Overall it was good as I was visiting friends near by.

The room was very dirty. You could not walk around in barefeet. The tub and shower looked look it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The walls are in need of cleaning and repairs. The mattress cover looked as though someone had thrown up all over it. The person at the front desk was very nice and directed us to an exit with better hotel rooms. Thinking we had called the hotel to reserve the room ended up being a service our of Utah that over charged use for the room and charged a $14.99 service fee. I would not recommend this hotel

They say you get what you pay for...This hotel I booked only because I recognized the name and felt like I'd be safe staying there. Turned out to be another nationally recognized brand ran by a family of foreigners. Nothing against other nationalities wanting to be prosperous and happy here in America. It's just sad when you can't even expect common courtesy or know you will be treated any better than the roaches that stay there too. They overcharged me a very high room rate, plus $20/nt. for my little dog. I asked for a discounted room rate because my stay had to be extended and they happily let me know that people stay for a month at a time and no discount is offered to them either! Not even 10%, wow! The floor was so filthy! I had to wash my feet after walking to the bathroom area or front door. Housekeeping was one of their family members coming by acting like they were offering some service, but they'd just stand there. They couldn't understand you anyway, or acted like they couldn't. When I would ask for a towel, they would want an even exchange. I'm glad I brought my own toiletries, because there were none offered, including toilet paper, which I had to specifically ask for, and felt bad about doing so because of their demeanor. Their "breakfast" buffet NOT ONCE included eggs or any kind of meat option on their two-sided covered hot plate that sat empty every morning. Avoid this hotel! They will have you thanking them for cleaning up after yourself, happily collecting your life's savings in doing so!

For a one night stay on a very busy weekend, this place was fine. It's an older hotel with entrances from the parking lot to the rooms. Our room definitely showed it's age and had been patched and repaired all over the place. But it was clean and the beds were comfortable. My husband said the staff was very accommodating and helpful. It wouldn't have been my first or second choice as a place to stay, but it was fine.

Nasty nasty place fithly!!!! Definitely in need of deep cleaning !!!Non smoking room smells horrible of cigarette smoke and has cigarette burns in comforter

Decent hotel. The front desk clerk, Edmond, was really helpful. I had a reservation across the street but their parking for trucks was a disaster (they need to make box trucks park on the north side and let semis take the south side due to space) and I could not fit in their lot. Ran over here and Edmond was more than happy and quick to get me a room and a spot to put my truck.The room was clean but was marked as non smoking and had a old smoke smell. Bed and bedding was good and the a/c was able to keep the room a nice crisp 62°. Rooms definitely are older when it comes to fixtures, general condition, etc. For the price, $90 is a bit steep for what you get. However for $20-40 more dollars you can stay at a Hilton, etc. 3 stars for the room you get for price but 5 stars for the staff.
