Absolutely horrible customer service. Service department is incompetent to say the least. Took a Case Skid Steer in for repairs. Spent $1400 and it came back doing the same thing we took it in for. Returned the machine and after it being in the shop for over a month spent $3541 which included a new starter and it is currently sitting in our shop not running. They will not stand behind their work. Find somewhere else to have your equipment serviced!!! I only gave it one star because Google Reviews required. I would have given it -50!!!

Good customer service. Field service tech Cody was polite A bit pricey for a diagnosis, but all is well machine is up and running that I had them look at.

Absolutely the worst customer service . Drove almost 3 hours to get them to service something. Told them I would wait since they were so far away ( they were the closest certified dealer! ) and it should of been super simple dropped it off at 10 am . Called multiple times to check so I could return and get it . Ended up sitting in the parking lot waiting until 345 pm and the mechanic still hadn’t called me back even though I clearly watched him walk in from his 2 hour lunch . Walked in to him sitting in a chair playing on his phone where he told me my stuff wouldn’t be available for another 2 days because he had to order a part !!! And he had known this since lunch ! I wish I would of drove to Rockmart GA . Would not recommend to anyone !
