A little wait to pick up prescriptions. But shirt staffed. Very friendly. Has drive thru for pharmacy also quite convenient

I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years. The employees have always been helpful and kind especially in actual pharmacy area. They are short staffed most of the time but I don’t mind because I’ve used other well known pharmacies that have extremely rude employees. I’d rather wait a little longer verses being treated rudely.

The manager counts the drawer at 8:30 so you can not use the MoneyGram service they offer. The manager Ike rushed me out with a money order that no one would cash. He even pretended to call a store to see if they would cash it, knowing they closed at 8. I lost my job due to this, even after I explained the importance of getting the cash that was sent to me. I will never go in this store again, in La Vergne, TN. Horrible!customer service I

I have been using this pharmacy location for about a year since I moved to town and I hate it. The employees are nice but the customer service is horrible. The service is extremely slow. Expect to be on hold for an average of 20 minutes per call and 20 to 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru. There's been times where I waited up to an hour or prescription that was supposed to be ready. They take lunch from 1:30 to 2 p.m. everyday but when I came to get my prescription today at 1:28pm it was closed. Now I have to wait until Monday get my prescription because they open late and close early compared to most pharmacies.

Pharmacy is so busy, but the pharmacist are freaking awesome, Always on top of everything, loved ziuee Nguyen service, again always making sure you are attended.

Pharmacy staff is usually professional and helpful, despite they are typically understaffed. However today I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no actual acknowledgement. She looked right at me and never came back. Since I heard someone else answering phone calls, I thought I'd try that. Well I've been on hold for another 14 minutes without even a hello. By now Walgreens could have filled my prescription. CVS is always slow, there's always a line to wait forever in, but until now I at least felt my business was appreciated. I guess it's time to transfer all my rx to somewhere else.

Pharmacy is very helpful and friendly but severely understaffed at all times of day. Even been told by employees that they are understaffed because of cvs cutting hours. If the location is busy they need people to staff it and handle the rush.
