Told me they accept walk ins, but got turned away. Maybe don’t advertise and tell people you accept walk ins when you clearly don’t

1/2/23, this office was busy! I usually see dr. Kim at the Nashville office but I was feeling terrible and needed to be seen. I did wait an hour but Missy, the office manager told me they had a new system and were backed up. Missy and other employees were trying their best to get patients in and out.Thank you, Missy, Dr. Ashley and the older nurse with blonde hair.I appreciate you all for the friendly smiles and honesty during this visit. One receptionist may have been having a bad day, she didn’t smile, or even attempt to look friendly, engage in conversation with someone checking in … maybe due to the new system but Missy was there thankfully. We are patients, sick, needing medical treatment and sometimes sitting on the other side of the desk, empathy and compassion is REQUIRED.. butIf needed I would return to the lavergne office to see Dr. Ashley.

I have been a patient for 10 years and have never had a bad experience with the Care, Staff, or Doctors At times things happen that are beyond one's control however I have had a very good experience. I highly recommend them.

Been here 4 or 5 times in the past year for random things. Always really kind, efficient overall and good at what they do. They listen and do their best to make things easy, more than once they have voluntarily looked up pharmacy prices for me to knowing I'm self pay. Will be back.

A bunch of nurses practitioners that refer to themselves as "doctor" in a blatant attempt to make patients think they are physicians when they are not, like Debby Smith who likes to go by "Dr. Debby".They also have a low opinion of people on and discourage use of medications for opioid use disorder. Their management of mental health conditions is questionable at best as well. If you have anything other than a hangnail or asthma you are better off going to a real doctor, and not nurses pretending to be doctors.

After our experience with Candance the receptionist today we will not be back. My fiancé received a call this morning to come in and get his blood work looked at before his cardiologist appointment. When we got to the office, the kind Hispanic nurse we had seen previously started to take us back to talk to Dr. Winona about his blood work but Candance at the front stopped us in the middle of the hallway with an attitude, pestering the nurse about us not fitting into the schedule. The nurse tried to explain to her what was going on but Candance still continued. The nurse took us back to the room and we went over bloodwork and everything seemed to be okay until we were leaving the building. Candance stops us and starts demanding that we pay for an office visit. Since she had already given us trouble I asked for her name and when I did she immediately got even more angry, she said her name with a snappy attitude and left the desk to go get the manager before we could even say anything else. We explained the situation to the manager and she solved the problem, but Candance was still giving us dirty looks while we were trying to come to a solution. I pointed this out. I also told her that she should be mindful of her tone since she doesn’t know what all someone could be going through especially at the doctors office. We won’t be returning unfortunately due to Candance’s lack of empathy and rudeness.

If I could give a zero I would. Ashley is a terrible "doctor" didn't even listen to me and when I came back in to talk to her about why she canceled my Aplrazolam prescription(SINCE IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT HELPS MY CHRONIC 24/7 MIGRAINE Condition i have dealt eith for 4 years straight!!!!) She sent her rude tall nurse with short blonde hair out to accuse me of being a drug addict and they were so rude to me!! Never been treated so poorly in my life!!! How am I being accused of being an addict because I tested negative for anything in my system??? Make it make sense!!!? Tried to explain to her that I take them as little as possible cause I don't want to take controlled substance all the time cause I am in fact NOT an addict. I am just dealing with a debilitating headache condtiion that makes my anxiety severe and wanted a little pain relief since none of the 30 other meds I have tried help.... Seriously the most unprofessional and ghettoestablishment...we need doctors that listen to us!!!! Please don't go here and get treated so terribly like I did...it is not wortg it...it really broke me down when I got treated so disrespectfully..

Would like to Express how thankful I am to be cared for by Dr. Debbie Smith and Christy. They both treated me with respect, understanding, listening, and caring. I feel with their knowledge I am going to be able to get help that I need. My heart is filled with joy from the service that I have received. Legendary Service. This office in La Vergne Tennessee is a blessing for the community. From the moment you walk into the door and greeted by a young lady Dalen. They have given me hope. Thank you for caring?

I've frequented this urgent care facility for about 2 years and am now moving on. All I needed was a refill on prescriptions that were available but had to be "approved" with a physical visit (to charge me more money) so i went in. Also, EVERYTIME I left the building I made sure my balance was up to date, and everytime I returned(3-6 months later) I had an unpaid balance I had to pay. "Something with insurance". Prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy because they had "updated" their system and my pharmacy wasn't on their list anymore. Every time I called their business I get put on hold until, after 5 minutes, I get placed on an answering machine. No replies. I would then get in my car, travel to the location, only to find 3 receptionists obviously not getting phone calls coming through. This happened twice in one week. Now, after being out of my medication for over a week I am forced to seek another primary care provider on my own recognizance. I am leaving 2 star review only because there is a handful of nurses who were very loyal and nice and the doctors themselves
