My car was having some issues with the battery and alternator, and while it took a bit of time due to how tricky the situation was, they were patient and got it fixed right. What stood out most was how welcoming and transparent they were throughout the whole process.
They towed my car, kept me in the loop with regular updates, and always made sure to explain what they were doing before moving forward. That level of communication and honesty made the experience way less stressful. 10/10 — definitely recommend getting your car worked on here!”

“Amazing! WOMEN COME HERE and men too! I don’t leave many reviews, but I felt this place deserved 5 stars. I drive a very old Jeep, ordered the tires offline and had them shipped there. Appointment was made easy online and they started right away. Only took a few hours to have the tires installed and an alignment. Waiting room is so cozy and bathrooms are clean! I felt very comfortable sitting there and didn’t feel like they were going to take advantage of me. They were honest straight forward and I feel really good pricing. I will be coming back!”

“I was unfortunate enough to have someone back into me in a parking lot and run away. My insurance wouldn’t cover it, so I needed to find a good body shop. I had always taken my Hondas to Accurate For service and stuff, so I wanted to get their opinion on where a good body shop was. They informed me that they could do bodywork in store. I had had body shops. Tell me that they were going to have to replace my rear bumper and give me quotes of $1500-$2000 to repair. After talking with accurate, I only spend 450 for the repair and it looks BRAND NEW no new bumper needed. I couldn’t be happier about this. For ALL of your Honda/acura needs this place has got it! They get you in quick and are incredibly fair with pricing!”

“Todd and the rest of the team at Wood Automotive were so, so wonderful. I just purchased a an old/new car (a 1966 Mustang) and was driving it all the way from La Vergne to New York City! They did everything they possibly could to ensure that my car was in perfect condition to drive 900 miles. And we did! Latino America Auto sales helped me get a dependable car, that my loan company would approve, until my previous loan was paid off by my insurance company. They even went through my loan company, which they normally don't do, to make sure I would have a dependable car by the end of the week! Everyone there worked so hard to make sure that I would have exactly what I needed!
