Armstrong moving company was absolutely amazing and efficient. Kyle and Mike were great and accommodating, as well as the other two crew members each day of the move. They moved everything way under the quoted hours and even helped load up our vehicles with the "random" stuff that does not go on the truck. Not that I want to move again anytime soon, but I would highly recommend and use them again.

Great company if you’re needing help with a move. We had Gene and Cliff helping us. Can’t say enough nice things about these two. They’re reliable, trustworthy and some of the hardest working guys out there. They took great care in how they packed our belongings. Furniture was wrapped and protected and care was given as they moved boxes in and out of our home. Courtesies are often forgotten, but not with Armstrong and certainly not with Gene and Cliff. It’s nice to get those handshakes and thank you’s. They offered those and more. Thank you, Armstrong!

Armstrong movers were absolutely amazing! We had a two part move with house to apartment to another house 5 months later. Everything went flawlessly. They were on time, courteous, hardworking and the kindest people I ever had the pleasure to do business with. I have to call out the great people who handled everything that made our move an incredible experience. Thank you to Ken Schmidt, Jan Smith and the Todd Scarlett team! I cannot thank you enough for our great moving experience. You all are awesome and will highly recommend you to anyone moving. Armstrong was fabulous. Everyone was friendly, responsive and professional. Mickey came to my apartment and gave me a great quote. Jan was my move coordinator. She was very thorough, touched base often and answered all of my questions. Malik, Mike and Shawn were my packers and loaded everything. They were careful, efficient and friendly.

Armstrong was a great experience all around. We got several quotes and didn't really know what was a reasonable price since we haven't moved in 10 years... but comparing to other companies... we got around the same quote but Armstrong just was more professional with their staff interaction and how they handled the move process. We would def use them again and highly recommend to anyone looking to move local or long distance.

This is an addition to the main part of my Review dated 9/13/2023. It is my RESPONSE to Armstrong Relocation's post below claiming they were not involved in my move, please see the second photo below of an Armstrong Relocation Services form we signed upon their delivery of moved goods. Not only was Armstrong the delivering moving company, they held our belongings in their warehouse in La Vergne, WA. (Moreover, the bottom left-hand side of Armstrong's website, shows "United Van Lines DOT #077949". How can they claim not to be connected to United Van Lines, when they have a Department of Transportation # associated with them? (See photo #3, snip of their website with the United DOT number.) Our Armstrong experience was very positive. Everyone has been professional and helpful. The moving crew covered our floors to prevent damage. They quickly and expertly packaged and loaded our belongings, using care to avoid damage to our property. Most important of all, they were very trustworthy, courteous and respectful.

I would give negative stars if I could. I moved from TN over a year and a half ago and most of my stuff was in storage until my house was finished. They helped pack all of my stuff and they actually STOLE items from me. I had complete sets of Pokémon cards and they took them right out of the binder. That was memories from my childhood that will take thousands of dollars to get back. Glad I left TN because the people are trash. Hire someone else!
