I don’t really take the time for reviews often but I wanted to express my appreciation for Accurate with my new-to-me Element. I can’t say enough good things about Troy and this shop. He’s honest, friendly and cleary a Honda expert. He took care of me with a few repairs very quickly while I waited and the price was fair and completely appropriate. This was after getting completely gouged by a different shop. He has my Honda business forever.

Super happy with the service performed on my Acura. The techs seem very knowledgeable and they got me scheduled in a very reasonable amount of time, even though my particular call was last minute. Will definitely be back for future maintenance.

No better place for Honda or Acura repairs. They are thorough, experienced, and honest. They keep a huge inventory of OEM parts on hand to get your work done efficiently. Better than taking to the dealership.

They diagnosed my 2010 accord. Were honest and informative throughout the entire process and I was also able to drive a loaner car while they diagnosed.

The owner is a racist prick. I witnessed him yell racial slur at a black person that was around this facility. Do not go here at all. This kind of behavior is uncalled for and just out right disturbing. It is not right to call anyone a n***** because they parked around the facility. Do not support this RACIST business!

If you own a Honda or Acura, this should be your first call for any service. I get my oil changed here because they just care more than anyone else. They take care of a car like it’s their own and that is so rare these days.

Took my my Acura TL here for years. But then I had a bad experience getting my Honda Element fixed. My car engine had issues and cannot barely go faster than 30 mph. “Limp mode”. Two other mechanics looked at it before them and I believe did more damage. I brought my car in to them.They fixed it among other things at a cost of $3000, and it took them weeks to fix. They had to take the whole engine out to fix it and one of the radiator fans was broke. I took it home and After about a month the element started acting up again. 3000 rpm max. They kept it for weeks again and it still did not end up working. It was hard being without a car and working through scheduling with my wife to drive me around, but I thought it was going be to be worth it. I did not borrow a car or call to bother or rush them.Brought it back the third time and they charged me $700 to fix it and kept it for a while again saying it was probably the ECM. I picked it up and then Within a day the max speed was 30 mph again.They asked me to bring it back. So they undid the ECM and refunded me the $700. We asked what to do next and Me and and my wife were in awe as the man just shrugged his shoulders at us. My car still only drives 30 mph with a bright check engine light after spending $3000 just at accurate alone. Although high, the cost to fix it doesn’t bother Me much. It’s the fact they didn’t fix it and gave up trying. They kept the whole $3000, and my car cannot go fast enough to drive On the interstate.Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be trusted. In the beginning I only chose to fix the car knowingly it would be $3k after having a great phone conversation with the mechanic after he diagnosed the issue and recommended other services on the engine to be efficient while the engine was pulled it. I felt comfortable the issue would be resolved and and was grateful for his advice and Knowledge. I should have saved the $3000 and put a down payment on a new car that day. Everyday now is driving 30 mph max and getting a violent j*** at the wheel when the engine stutters trying to go up a small hill.

You bought your Honda because they are good cars and at one point you may need it serviced. I've had my 2005 Element worked on at this place a couple times and they just flat. out. do. good. work. The staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. I won't take my car anywhere else. Today I had a couple things done and it's like I have a new car.Thanks guys, ya'll are great!

I have been using this shop since the early 90's. They were a small shop at another location in Smyrna back then. I like to work on cars myself. When I'm too busy, or can not fix the problem, this is where I go.
