This store is HORRIBLE!!!! My son tried to get gas there Tuesday night. Paid for it with his card. Came back out to pump his gas and the pump wasn't working. The guy that was working came and stood outside. So my son told him that it wasn't working. He told my son that he must have canceled the transaction and wanted him to pay for gas again. It's showing pending on my son's transaction history and the money as of today hasn't came back on his card. I have been trying to call for two days and no one ans the phone. I will never do business there AGAIN and I would advise not one to do so!!! This place sucks!!!

This store is very good because it is in a very favorable location for people, but they should change the manager (Melinda), she is not at all friendly with people and today she did not want to sell me some cigarettes even when I showed my ID and she kicked me out of the store for no reason. I am very upset that there are people with that attitude and working in that position.??♀️ They should have more empathy with customers because thanks to us they have work

Employee(Madih) who was working Friday August 2nd at 10 PM let a few women out of the store after purchasing beer and proceeded to slam the sliding door shut on me with no explanation. Prior to this incident I was checking out one day and the same employee told me to pick up my fountain drink from the counter because it would leave a wet mark. I believe there are many opportunities for coaching this associate.

Went to the gas station got 2 cokes my bf gave her a $20 and also another $20 for gas this black women did not want to give us the change back and started to yell at us saying that we did not have everything together and for the rest of the people in line to have everything together ( mind you We were sanding their waiting for our change) she probably thinks that she is working fast to forget about the change but she was working really slow had a bad attitude and not being an good example I would not want a person like that at my job?

I went more than time in the morning to have my coffee and they were out of half and half and when I asked, the employee said we out. I went to Race Trac and there was a huge difference. I don't think that I will go back.

A $55 fuel fill up turned into a $275 mechanic bill. Spoke to the manager about the issues my vehicle experienced after filling up at this gas station. She stated they would assist me in making it right however once I emailed her to follow up with what she told me verbally. I got no response. Would not recommend coming to this gas station for gas.

Came into get three big gulps with rewards card. It should have been $2.60 after tax. The Manager is the cashier today doesn't know what he is doing. Asked him to scan my rewards and nothing came off. Asked him why is it not $0.79 before tax he said it's for the large drink. Now anyone that goes to 7-11 knows the large drink is the big gulp. Instead of him fixing it and scanning my rewards. He charged me for double big gulp which came out to $1.39 before tax and $1.52 after. And he still didn't scan my rewards was trying to get to my 7th free cup. Manager needs to be retrained at his job. He doesn't know what the cup sizes are and doesn't know how to scan the rewards worse 7-11 that I have ever been at.

Grill where they make tortillas and the rest need to be clean! I got tacos there a couple of times and it's always dirty, last time I had to tell the guy to forget about the tacos because even if you try to eat it the stuff coming of the grill mske the tacos taste bad. Rather go to other location.

JESSICA!!!!!!! That woman works so hard, day in and day out! She's so amazing with customers, and making you feel at home in her store! I loved my experience there so much, I wanted work there, too!!
