Really horrible I don't understand what's so hard delivering packages on time. I'd say about 70% of the time I pay for packages they get delayed at least 1 or 3 days, what's the point if paying for Amazon prime if you don't get the next day delivery.

Worst post office! There is no one there who knows how to answer the phone, and their deliveries are terrible too. I've literally waited a week for an important package they have at their facility, and they still haven't delivered it. Instead, they leave me a slip in the mail saying they can't deliver due to road conditions. But yet, they can get the truck in. It makes no sense to me. Corporate needs to fire and rehire all new staff for this Kodak branch.

My husband packed a box with t-shirts to send it, taped it, but forgot to put one more shirt. He asked me to send it today, unfortunately I don’t carry knifes or anything sharp to open up the box. So I went inside, and employee Taylor told me that they have nothing in their office to open my box, so she refused to help me. Then I asked her, if they had any bigger boxes for sale, she goes like a robot: “any packaging beneath your back”, which I didn’t even understand what she meant. I do have an accent, and this is her second time treating me so rude! I left post office without getting any help from this unprofessional employee. I have to drive to Sevierville location now to send my box, because I got treated very bad. I will contact your main office as well, this employee discriminated me.

As a fellow mailman I'm tired of having to deliver someone's else packages in my neighborhood after getting off work. I keep getting other people's meds delivered to my mailbox and at first I would take them to who they're supposed to go to, but nor anymore. From now on I'm putting it into the outgoing mail and the rural carrier can fix it. The last thing I want to do when I get off work and come home is to deliver a package that was misdelivered by my carrier. Start paying attention and deliver the packages to the correct address

Don't have change to give to customers sending items out and buying stamps but someone using a credit or debit card can get cash back. Then except you to use a debit or credit card to pay for your stuff because you gave change back and now don't have it

The mail van sometimes drives up on my curb. We are getting my brother-inlaws mail that lives in another state and has never lived here I have returned to sender many times and the delivery person ignores my notes snd keeps delivering his mail at our house. One day a package was hanging halfway out in the street and was jammed so hard I had a hard time getting it out of the box! I have found my mail laying in the street when it was threatening rain outside. We have complained numerous times and we still get the same unacceptable sorry service! I mailed a card and a $20.00 gift card to our son and he never received it!

Wouldn't recommend this service,they said they delivered my wedding dress but didn't leave me the key to get into the box.now I have to wait three more days untill they can get back to me.not leaving me much time to check my dress to see if I need to send it back before the Big day.so no thank u USPS services.?

Welcome to the worst usps location in East Tennessee. Not only do they not attempt to deliver packages that don’t fit in the box they don’t even know the location hours for pickup. So now being they didn’t even bring the package with them even though I was waiting at the box and now I have to wait till Tuesday due to the holiday on Monday and try to get to a post office that closes the same time I get out of work but 50 miles away. Well done. Tax payers hard earned money wasted.
