The diesel pumps were super slow and took 10 minutes to pump $50 worth. The folks inside are nice also, the place is clean.

Black lady that worked January 9th at 11:26 refused to sell me a knife because she was scared someone would attack her with a POCKET KNIFE!! I would love to be able to make a report to corporate about this monkey of a worker!

Got a flat tire in the middle of the night with no charge on my cell phone, walked 1.5 miles to this gas station, bought a cell charger from them, and THEY WOULDN'T LET ME CHARGE MY PHONE. "We don't allow that any more because people started to take advantage." I ended up having to pay $130 for a hotel across the street.Thanks for ruining my already awful night even more with your lack of humanity.

I'm 61 years old and have certainly used many restrooms in my life, BUT, this is absolutely one of the most filthy restrooms of my whole life! Yes, it was Xmas, yes, they should have shown 'some' consideration for their employees, but the restroom should have been condemned. It was that bad. Horrible would have been an understatement. NO more SHELL stops.

Awesome experience! I was headed to a convention in a somewhat hidden area in East TN. I was really turned around with my directions. One of the associates on duty (Genevieve) willingly assisted me with my store business and pointed me in the right direction to my convention. So nice and knowledgeable, really saved me a ton of time and relieved a mountain of stress. Great stop!
