Very clean, nice staff. No problems having my pets stay with me. Slept very comfortably.

Hotel looks dirty and rooms were dirty. AC was not working and the room was 75. After telling these issues to the front desk person they told me if I wanted to check out instead of trying to come up with a solution. Never staying here

Our tour bus stayed a few days. Very clean nice employees. Several busses breakfast was low/ out of many itemsNearby activities: Gatlinburg
