Many of the shops inside have a large selection of products. What I have found are the treasure Is outside. You should check out Mike at the concrete statuary, lyn with his honey, James with his 3D printing, Full Tang Cutlery and their handmade knives, and let's not forget the best snowcone around at SnoBiz.
