The girl here was so sweet. She was so helpful with everything that I needed. I highly recommend you go to this pharmacy for any of your pharmaceutical needs. The food city was very nice as well. I will definitely be back there.

Watched my fiance attempt to ask a few questions about her medication. She was able to ask one, the pharmacist was very short spoken, dismissive, got frustrated and walked away when we didn't accept the short answers she was giving. We found out when we got home the small bit of info we did get was incorrect. When we called the pharmacy to inform them we had been giving incorrect information, the same pharmacist just told us we didn't have to have our medication filled there. Incredibly rude, wouldn't recommend dealing with this especially if you have questions about a new medication.

Pharmacist was unhelpful and rude when I had questions about my medication. She spoke to me for less than 3 minutes, had no answers and walked away from me very rudely.

Bakery did an absolutely amazing job on my son's airplane birthday cake. I told them to have fun and didn't have any specifics and they got so creative and did an amazing job. He said it was the best birthday ever

Staff is very rude. Whitney seems very overwhelmed with her work load and is not pleasant to talk to.Staff could use training in customer service.

Of course I recommend them . Love the place . What I have issues with is the locals who bring their dogs in store just because . Food city management could do better to stop allowing these people to bring their pets in . These dogs are not service dogs by any stretch of the imagination. It’s actually quite easy to tell .

Wow, I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. Whitney was unnecessarily unkind and downright rude when I went in to fill prescriptions the other day. I will never use this location ever again, not even to buy groceries! I will be making every phone call I can to let her superiors know how horribly she treats patients. My doctor prescribed the medications for a reason, I do not believe it is her job to judge my circumstances!

Whitney writes unnecessary and inappropriate notes on medication bags. If you have a prescription for any kind of insulin you’ll be treated like a drug addict when you ask for syringes. This pharmacy is the only one that requires additional information and ID for them but they say it’s a state requirement. I’ve also had two faxed prescriptions go missing from this location. The pharmacists will hold up processing the scripts to have your doctor explain to them why they prescribed it, it’s a regular thing here. I suggest you avoid them and use one of the many other options in the county. Make the drive out of Kodak it’s worth it!
