Instead of being greedy and charging me $500, he suggested some very inexpensive fixes to try first. This is the type of person you want to do business with.”

“They were very professional, however I was forced to use this location as the one on Callahan Dr couldn't fix my car. There are issues with the suspension they fixed which would be fine normally with their life time workmanship warrantee. However it takes a 30 dollar uber ride to get there and another to get back. I recently had to bring it back for repair work but they didn't solve the problem. So now I am faced with the choice of using an uber to do it all over again or go to someone local.”

“Went to this location by chance. Truck popped the belt and this was the closest place. Was lucky enough to get Mr. Anderson as my associate, he looked up my belt and gave it to me. I went to go put it on and they lent me the tools, it's been a while since I have done this. There was no diagram or picture of how the belt was to be installed, I tried the belt and it didn't fit. For about 20 mins, Mr. Anderson kept his cool, patience and his professionalism and we tried almost every belt in the store. I called another store just to verify and they gave me the part number of the very first belt I was given. I youtube'd the belt and I was installing it improperly, I asked for the belt again and properly installed it. I know I would have tried to be as patient as the store representatives, but don't think that I would have succeeded. Kudos to Mr. Anderson, thank you again for your patience!”

They don't do unnecessary repairs. If they can fix it, they will, If not, they'll refer you. David and the guys are good, honest people, and I highly recommend them.”

I had no idea what was happening with a loud squeaking noise and they gave me information to an inexpensive towing company and recommendations for my possible issue. My phone was dying and they even allowed me to charge my phone up some while I waited for the towing company. I felt very valued and cared for!!”
“Excellent Customer Service & Reliability!! We had our RV towed here upon the advice of a local reputable mobile repair service person. They took their time to diagnose and replace our bad ECM on the diesel engine (Cat engine) of our Tiffin Allegro Bus. They made sure our old unit was not repairable and replaced with a new ECM which did the job. We were able to continue on - on our 3K mile vacation back home. The costs were very reasonable. Thousands less than what another roadside mobile repair person from Georgia mis-quoted us. Very professional, empathetic, reasonable and fair. We would not hesitate to bring our motorhome back to this facility for anything engine related if we are ever in the area again. Their service manager kept us informed and their tech worked wonders to get us on the road quickly.”
“I am not typically one to write reviews, but for this one it is different. Some friends and I go to Gatlinburg all the way from Houston, TX for their Slammedenuff Show every year. When unloading the car off of the trailer after we arrived, the e-brake was not fully engaged, and the car ended up rolling right off the trailer, cracking my fiberglass front bumper in multiple different places. I tried to contact many different body shops in the area, hoping I would be able to get the bumper fixed before the show in a few days. They all stated they were "busy" and "booked out for the next few months" but had absolutely ZERO cars in their lots. Strange.... I was almost ready to give up, until we went by Bunch Collision & Customs. Mark Bunch, the man himself, offered his help to get the bumper fixed right. Despite him having a completely full parking lot, him and his team were able to get my bumper fixed before the show. The bumper even looked better than it did before it was cracked! I'll be honest, it was not the cheapest, BUT the QUALITY of work was WORTH EVERY PENNY. Hopefully nothing happens next year we go out to Gatlinburg, BUT if it does, and I need a body shop to do some work to the car, Bunch's has my vote 100%. All around, really nice, down to earth people, who take pride in the quality of work they offer!”
