Unfortunately there was one associate working this day, an older gentleman who was extremely professional. I know what it’s like to be the only one working and having multiple associates call off for the day. To keep his composure in this crazy hour earned my respect. Thank you and this man deserves a raise!

Go somewhere else. The touch screens do not work, no one is present to help you. When you ask someone to help they’re on their phone in the building. Did not spray my car off like they should. The system automatically tried to charge me for the $30+ car wash and glitched 3 times until I could actually choose the one I wanted. There is a car wash in Lenoir city that is 10x better and worth the money with staff ready to help at any moment that I will drive out of my way to from now on

This Zip Car Wash location is by far THE WORST.
Vacuums are never working properly, they rarely have clean towels, and staff is not helpful.
The manager from the one in Middlebrook Pike should run both! That location is always great

I’ve been happy as this location used to be closed quite a bit but that seems to have been corrected and not an issue anymore. I do wonder why some locations have a prep area set up to pre wash rims, tires, etc but this location never has a bucket and brush set out to use, and the carwash itself doesn’t clean them.

This is my favorite Zips location! Equipment always working and friendly staff. Yesterday I had an issue with the scanner not reading my membership code. It was an old sticker. Johnny was quick to change out the sticker and get me going. Later that afternoon I had an occasion to bring our other vehicle in for a wash. Coincidentally, another small problem...which Johnny again quickly fixed! Thank you Johnny for your awesome customer service!

What has happened to this place??? It used to be my favorite car wash, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. But now it’s getting worse and worse. A couple of months ago they had guys at the purchase station attempting to push monthly plans on to customers. I tried that once and had a sticky residue on my inside windshield for several months.
The last few times I was there the pre wash wheel cleaning stations were completely empty of cleaner. Bone dry in every single station…as recently as day before yesterday. You have to try several of the vacuum stations before you can find one that’s not clogged or actually falling apart.
The trash cans were all overflowing and now cleaner cart was anywhere to be seen.
I’m going to give Harper Auto Wash a try - looks like they get great reviews.
