I love zips car wash and today I was able to get Josh to help with a membership situation for months now I have had going on but he was there a big big help and finally a major relief for me THANK YOU SO MUCH JOSH FOR YOUR TIME CONCERNS AND EFFORT TO HELP ME!! Totally my go to car wash for here on out THANK YOU AGAIN JOSH!!

My experience at Zips was amazing! I got an AMAZING car wash and the workers were so nice and helpful, especially Michael! Will definitely be going back.

Michael was absolutely helpful at his location- my subscription was showing inactive on his end and I explained that the problem occurs every time I use the Zips app. I was able to get my Silvy washed and vacuumed thanks to Michael!!!!!

It says this location is open until 8pm on Sunday. I came at 7:50 and all the lights were off and this place was closed. Please stay open until advertised.

The knoxville zips near the mall is great! All very helpful! Micheal is the best. He always goes out of his way to take care of things and always greets me with a hello! Grest guy.

Great wash, after management changed, it's way better, will continue to use it as Michael has definitely changed the customer service for the positive. . Great value for a $30 monthly membership.

Everyone here is super sweet and helpful. Ive been visiting here for about 3 years now, and everyone has always been enthusiastic and nice, the facility is always clean, and evrrything is maintained and new. Michael is especially helpful and kind, highly recommend this location, and this car wash overall !

I stopped into this location today. Met with Michael who is the new store manager. Wash quality was above average site was very clean trashes emptied and lots of towels will definitely be back.

It’s not everyday that you get great service. Michael (the site manager) has always went above and beyond for my family and I.
