Affordable storage, convenient access, responsive staff, they will call you back soon, improvements to security and gate maintenanced as well over the past couple years. Gate got stuck once, fixed the next day, staff apologized and gave me a discount for the month! Basic storage with reasonable rates! Thank y'all!

I went by there 2 days ago to see about renting a unit, to find a note on the door saying to call this number if you're interested in renting a unit. After reading the reviews on here about poor staff I felt like it was going to be a waste of time. To my surprise she answered on the second ring. She told me that she would be there around one o'clock, it was a little after 12, and we get things in motion then if I am interested. I pulled up around 12:55, walked in, told her what size I needed, handed her the money, filled out a short questionnaire, signed 2 papers and it was done. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I asked her how long she had been over the storage units because of one of the reviews I read about a storage unit being broke into and management wasn't able to be reached. I found out that she has been over it for only a year and a half and there hasn't been any burglaries. Something things that I really liked about this place is for one, you pick your own 4 digit passcode to get in the gate so any time it opens she knows who is in there and for two, you have complete access 24/7 which comes in very handy when you work crazy hours. So far I have had an over all amazing experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone!!

This was possibly the easiest transaction I have ever had with a business. I got what I paid for, the location was insanely convenient and the owner was very flexible with first and final payments. I wish everything was so easy.

No security, no one ever available. I found the lock cut, and items missing from storage unit, but unable to contact management.

You get what you pay for. This place has lower rates, but poor service. The gate stops working at inopportune times (like when you need to get into your unit). You call the number and no one responds. I'll be happy to get my stuff out of there.
