This is a busy store, and seems employee turn over is high but I've never seen them run out of fountain drinks (which some do often),bath rooms are always clean. And tonight dude at the register went above the call of duty and helped me out. I didn't look at his name tag but on 5/26/24 around 10:45 pm the cashier needs some recognition. Give the man some extra quarters on his hourly.

The older lady working graveyard shift weekdays, is rude and speaks to people in a condescending tone and manner. I will never go back there unless I absolutely have to. I like Weigels. Thet just hired a bad apple, or maybe she was having a bad night. ?♂️

Karlene is Setting the standard for amazing customer service! She let me know about a promotion I did not know about which gave me a free six pack of mello yello, which is my favorite drink. Kudos Karlene! You just made my day! To the management of the Weigles, give this woman a raise!

Made the mistake of coming back to this store again, the old man that works beyond the counter is still rude, and absolutely overcharges, this is the only Weigles that I know that acts like this, and it’s the old man that is that way. He just really seems like he Doesn’t wanna be here. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend going there.

If I could give zero stars I would, for one the older lady that was working in the store with Mr. Guy made a civil rights violation, for two I was asked to leave after buying cigarettes because your employee whatever her name is....she's prejudice....I have a service dog.

Staff were friendly and store was in good shape. Location is shady due to some transient activity. Wouldn't want my wife or kids in the area at night.

I drove out of my way to this location at 1am on Tuesday May 24 because their website said 24 hours. When i got there, their were no lights on and a small hand written sign in the window saying they were closed. That kind of business is suspect to say the least and if you can't staff it, ,don't advertise it as open.

I came to Knoxville to visit my son and celebrate my granddaughter’s Birthday. I always stay at the holiday inn at cedar bluff. I always fill up at the wiegles on cedar bluff. I was home in Fla and missed my cedit card. I called them and DJ answered the phone . I told him my name , immediately he said is the Cheryl , I said yes . He said we have your credit card safely . We will keep it safe till your son picks it up. I was so thankful for the lady that found it on the floor and tuned it in. This is Knoxville Tn for you. Honest people. Thank you DJ?????

I get it's the law to card someone to buy cigarettes and alcohol but a lot of places use their discretion for selling cigarettes... You know who I am, you know I'm of age, you're the one that sells them to me Everytime I come.

the nighttime cashier is super rude. all because i pushed the "pay inside" button on the pump. didn't even offer my receipt to me.
