Your cashier Mike is rude I put my number in and he said put your number in it's not showing up on my end it was very rude about it he was not friendly at all I don't think I've ever had a friendly experience with him

Stopped to get gas last night, my husband told the cashier what pump he was on and she put it on the wrong pump. I went to get it switched over to the correct one and was told it was no longer on the pump and would be refunded to my card up to 24 hours. That was all the money we had for gas and because of it my husband wasn't able to make it to work and lost his job, so this "mistake" they made cost us A LOT!! It's been 24 hours and I haven't received my money yet only to be told to call a number in the morning. They were not helpful, they did not act like it was a big deal so the cashier only got a slap on the hand for a major mistake. I've managed a gas station before and this was not handled correctly, they could have done something to begin with so just be aware!! I was told by the manager on duty it happens a lot... If it were my store I would have fired the ones who keep doing this since it's such a reoccurring situation. Businesses need to be held accountable for their mistakes!!

I just left Weigles on Chapman Hwy across from Walgreens and I must say I will NEVER EVER eat one more thing from that store. The MANAGER WAS PICKING LICE from another employee head in the KITCHEN right beside where they put the pizza out. I'm sorry but that is 100% unacceptable. 2 nurses in line with me were disgusted by this as well. That's not even to mention there was at least 9 people in line...manager and said employee didn't offer to open a register, although employee should not be there with lice. DO BETTER WEIGLES & IF YOU SHOP THERE DONT EAT THERE! ? GROSS!

Don’t plan to use their restroom because both the men and women are 100% out of toilet paper. When I asked the clerk, they said they knew and they’re going to run across the street to get more. After I ran some napkins in to the person who needed them and came back out, I noticed the employee was stocking their tobacco products while another clerk ran the other register. Customer service is not a priority at this location. I understand that sometimes you don’t get shipments or orders can be wrong, but once you’re aware every stall has no toilet paper, it should be a priority to replace it when people stop to get fuel and use the restroom.

Second time just this week. I've been standing in line while this chic, with ridiculously long fake nails is on the phone, ignoring customers while her coworkers are desperately trying to handle several people. Couldn't read her badge, but I think it started with an A.

Take forever to respond getting orders wrong and what is going on with with hours may vary actual hours for holidays are needed. Oh and a phone with voice mail would be helpful

Wow, I went to order a buffalo chicken pizza and Mark, who looked like the was ready to shutdown said "I can't make it we are out of chicken" He needs to learn how to lie better and not be so rude to customers.
