They did a remodel, which is nice. I like the amount of self check outs. What sucks is there are typically only FOUR registers that take cash and they are always backed up.

I tried talking to 4 different employees- asking for assistance in the paint department (since they decided to lock up the paint? ??). They all acted like they would “try” to find someone to unlock the cabinet. I’m perplexed. They aren’t returning a ring to Mordor - why is getting someone to assist a customer impossible? I would suggest going to Lowe’s. (Update ; after waiting for 20 minutes - and an announcement over the intercom - no one came and helped me. Great customer service ?. These stores wonder why everyone is shopping at Amazon instead. Either hire enough staff to actually make shopping in person viable or close the doors. )

There is never anyone to open locked cases. Each time I need something that is locked away, I wait 30+ minutes with no luck even after talking to multiple team members who never have keys. I value my time more than that so I leave and go elsewhere.

Shop here often. Clean store. But has too many items out of stock for over a year.
But I noticed that they have recently remodeled the store. Everything has been moved to different areas making it more difficult to find things until I get used to the new layout. But I found that their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about where things can be found.
