I don’t know if I was just being lucky but the cashier who served me was so nice and helpful to my situation that caused some delay in the checkout. She was very patient with me and tried to help without any attitude.Only downside of this branch in Tennessee is not having stocks of items on sale. They might as well remove the Sale sticker if the stock is empty

One of my first time picking up prescriptions in this Walgreens. May in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me find the best coupons to use for my medicine since I was in between insurances. They were so warm and sweet helping me, I will definitely be back.

I just left Walgreens and I've never been more mistreated and a walking type of store. I'm sitting there getting my photos and the shift leader Elena came up and said I can't refuse my photos. That she's worked there for 20 years and it has to be blurry or something. The cashier helping me said that she's never heard of that either.I'm thinking my gosh who actually buys pictures these days and what does it matter. I'm a school teacher and I buy a scene amount of photos at this Walgreens. This person should be demoted and she shouldn't not be in a position of leadership she has no customer service and she's completely rude. I really hope that the management takes us seriously because I will find a different Walgreens.

Today I visited three Walgreens looking for someone to prepare a passport photo for me. The first store on Chapman Hwy nearest Home Depot said their camera was broke. The second was this store on Kingston Pike. I approached the young person working at the front of the store and asked if someone could make me a Passport photo. He said that there was no one available because they were so busy. And that I should come back in 30-45 minutes. I turned to look around and could see no one including customers in the store. Really, no one could break free to do a Passport photo. Why do they wear earpieces and have walkie talkies? Pretty poor store if you ask me. Cross them off a store I would shop at.

Alyssa is the best Cashier ever she is so kind and professional. She's the only one that actually seems to work when I go in. There are one or two others that get it done too but Alyssa is really good. Store is usually really busy so not the best store to visit when in a rush but overall decent experience.

Maddie at the pharmacy treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. I was confused about what medication I had and she was very patient with my questions and me as well. 10/10 this girl deserves a raise!

Glenda the cashier was literally the rudest for no reason. Saying stuff under her breath about me. I was having a great day and then had to deal with someone that was trying to bring me down. You’re probably in the wrong line of work Glenda.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service provided to me by this Walgreens. One lady has gone above and beyond for me to make sure I get my prescription filled on time as needed. I was switched to a 3-month supply for prescriptions and my current Walgreens could not accommodate me, but this store has gone out of their way to help me twice with this issue. Very friendly and helpful!

I was told by my doctor that I qualified and should get the booster shot for COVID. According to the pharmacist Savannah I didn’t qualify. I checked the CDC website and I do qualify. I felt embarrassed after interacting with her and I’ll go out of my way to avoid that Walgreens in the future.
