This place is a joke. I’m convinced that the positive reviews are people that work here. The only place on Earth that has to completely shut down for lunch. I guess they are too good to take their breaks at the different times like most places. The rudest people on the planet and the most brain dead.

Surprised that the rating is so low! I came here to pick up some random stuff (bottles of water, etc.) and everything went smoothly. They had the expected selection and the cashiers checked me out quickly. At least for me, this location was a little annoying to get to, but I had a normal Walgreens experience once I stepped inside.

Why such a low rating? More people who have good experiences should leave positive feedback! It must be how I interact with people that makes my.experiences on the positive side more often than not. The workers are decent and the selection is great. My top choice when I need to choose between them and their competitor.

I only use this pharmacy because it's close to both my Dr's. The pharmacy is terribly dysfunctional and it's like nobody working in that department cares. Since Oct 2022 I've yet to not have to call in for some reason because my prescription is always "delayed". Usually I'm told it's just a simple override code and it's a waste of my time to call in. Other times I speak to three different pharmacy reps in a day and get told everything from "it's not been called in (even though I've already received a txt about it), it slipped through the cracks and someone must have fat fingered the system". Today, I'm told via phone call that my scripts will be ready at 2:00 PM. I call at 2:05 PM to make sure I should head that way. I'm then told it fell through the cracks and will be ready in 10 mins only to be told I can't pick them up for 2 more days. I fully understand the legalities regarding when I can pick things up but how does a sophisticated system for medication not flag the original caller so I'm not told multiple scenarios by multiple people? This is by far the worst run pharmacy I've ever used.

Don’t go to this pharmacy if you want them to deny you picking up your prescriptions that are ready. HR should really look into their Pharmacy Manager, April. She told me my prescriptions weren’t ready when I received a text hours before that they were. Finally after asking her repeatedly, she gave me my birth control that was packaged and ready behind the counter. No payment needed bc my insurance covers everything, literally took her 2 seconds to grab my birth control. Maybe April should find a new career and not take her unhappiness out on customers.

This is the second time I was treated poorly at this pharmacy. Once was over the phone, the second time was in person today. The lady helping me was so short with me, and was so ready for me to leave when I was having problems with my medicine and insurance. Choosing another pharmacy.
