this store when I walked in was a mess, and the people working were very rude to me. Apparently, for paying customers, they also don't have access to public restrooms.

Came in to get a package around 9pm and the guy behind the register was great, he was nice and said he didn’t have a package scanner on hand so he tried to call the manager to bring one sonce he couldn’t leave the front unsupervised but they weren’t answering. The line was starting to build up behind me so i stepped aside and let him start ringing people up. The line kept getting longer and still no manager and no answer when he called. Finally, two ladies walked up from the last aisle, talking & laughing & just hanging out. It was the manager and another worker just goofing off. He called out to the manager, Gladis, and the ladies came over like “oh no sorry, we were cleaning the bathroom”
Does it really take 2 people to clean the bathroom? And at the expense of a valuable worker being taken advantage of?
I left after waiting nearly a half hour to pick up my package feeling very frustrated as these women had bumbled over flustered— they were clearly slacking off and were caught.
This is ridiculous, i think Walgreens should reconsider who is the manager when their manager needs a babysitter.

I cannot stand the staff and how they treat customers at this Walgreens! One night they argued with me that money I had put on the counter was change that they had given me, which they did not hand me at all!! I spoke to the manager and said they couldn't go look at the video that I would just have to wait til closing when they counted the drawer down. I NEVER went back but I hope that middle aged female manager and that younger stoner type young man feel like idiots that night cuz I know for 100% fact they took my money.

I went to use the restroom and they said it was locked and somebody blew it up. They say it happens all the time which is why it's always locked but it kind of sounds sketchy to me.

Have adds up that say flu shots for 3+. Went to pharmacy window, and pharmacist refused to give flu vaccine to kids under age of 5. Disappointing experience

It's a pharmacy/store. I can usually find what I need. Sometimes, much higher than, say, Walmart.

Pharmacy service should be less than one. Husband switched to another Walgreens last year and this us a convenient location to drive through but not worth that convenience. Asked for automated notification of meds for MONTHS. always says set up for next time. When next time, no notice, get a call tell them about it, get an apology and they put it back even though they agree on the phone that I can pick up by next time. When ask fir manager always at lunch or not in.

cashier at the front was absolutely rude and sure copped a attitude at me cause i wasn’t fast enough with the card reader. been goin here longer than i can remember and never felt like this before. maybe they just hiring anybody now.

The pharmacy is always slammed but they are all patient and kind workers. I never once have felt minimized or rushed. I usually go through the drive thru. You can tell it’s a stressful position because the line is normally wrapped around the building. Every occasion they are kind, are sure to ask if I have questions and last night I went and one of the medicines wasn’t covered by my insurance, they found coupons for me as well as got other over the counter medicine for me because I had my sick son in the car. The staff there goes above and beyond and that’s something that should be talked about.

I was in here getting a doordash and this young woman decided she didn't want to finish my order because apparently I was moving around the products too much for her and she didn't know whether she scanned something or not she was quite rude the rudest I've ever been treated at Walgreens. Then she proceeded to sit by the checkout and try to film me for social media or for whatever she's going to try to use it for and I told her I did not consent and she kept on anyway this is against the law and you will be hearing from my lawyers. Entitlement doesn't look good on you. Good luck fighting the civil court case I'm bringing.

My review is based on the interaction that just occurred 20 minutes ago. I went into load my chime card and Sharon helped me. I handled her the money but in turn she placed my money on the counter even with my hand extended. Such an awkward moment. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Drive thru was closed. Had to go in to pharmacy. Didn't wait too long. Ok visit.
