Unfriendly pharmacy workers. Misinformed me of my prescriptions pick up location after telling them I had the right location. Made me wait for far too long after confirming that I was indeed at the correct location. Overall frustrating experience.

Not only is this a Walgreens, but it's a Kroger convenience store too. Great for out of towners that need something quick to make for dinner and you don't know where grocery stores are in a college town setting.
Bums are present in the area, but isn't that anywhere you go in a city?
I'm so glad we saw this place while driving.
Walgreens needs to open more locations like this.

Kara and the staff at this Walgreens location are by far the best team at any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Ignore the negative Google reviews from the pampered children that frequent this place. They have yet to realize being a grown up is hard. I am a UT student as well but don't expect the world handed to me on silver platter with a brand new car I didn't earn. Kara and her team do a fantastic job and work their tails off to care for all their customers even when the customers don't appreciate them. I will fill my prescriptions here for as long as I work downtown and go to UTK.

They take a 2 hour lunch break every day (I waited till 3 pm for them to answer the phone) and pharmacy is closed on the weekend So if you get your script refilled on a Friday and can’t get it between 9-1 or 3-7 pm, you can’t get it till Monday. Nobody is in the pharmacy over the weekend to answer the phone and transfer your script either. Not a good way to run a business to have people waiting up to 3 days for scripts they literally need

Don't listen to the entitled college kids in these other reviews; this Walgreens is sincerely incredible. I had a major issue with a prescription that they bent over backwards to help me with. This location is always clean, and there's even parking on the strip; incredible.I can't say enough nice things about this place, unlike the children in these other reviews that are having to deal with their parents no longer picking up their medicine for the first time.

0 if I could. First off, to the individual trying to discredit the reviews of this Walgreens just because of age, not to mention the location being in the middle of a college campus, does not mean we are all, and I quote, "entitled college kids whose mothers can't pick up their prescriptions anymore." Aw, you had a nice experience, good for you, but many of us have not. I have used this Walgreens for the past 2 years, solely because of location being a mile away, but today, I've called it quits on using their pharmacy. I've continuously had issues with my prescriptions, but it's weird how when I go back home to a Walgreens there, I've never had a problem. Save yourself the stress, effort, and time filling your prescriptions here because they are a complete mess only giving inconsistent answers to any questions regarding your medications. Publix, here I come!

Honestly this is the worst business I have ever seen. The fact I can’t speak to a real worker when I call the pharmacy is absurd. I don’t want to talk to a machine. The pharmacy hours- simply ridiculous because when you are open the line is too long and some people have jobs and cannot stand to wait hours for their medicine. I will DEFINITELY be switching to a different pharmacy where they are actually helpful. Don’t go here. Waste of time.

The staff is rude since coming back to school. Over the summer they were great. I have had numerous experiences at this location where the check-out worker does not speak a word to me.
