I only use this pharmacy because it's close to both my Dr's. The pharmacy is terribly dysfunctional and it's like nobody working in that department cares. Since Oct 2022 I've yet to not have to call in for some reason because my prescription is always "delayed". Usually I'm told it's just a simple override code and it's a waste of my time to call in. Other times I speak to three different pharmacy reps in a day and get told everything from "it's not been called in (even though I've already received a txt about it), it slipped through the cracks and someone must have fat fingered the system". Today, I'm told via phone call that my scripts will be ready at 2:00 PM. I call at 2:05 PM to make sure I should head that way. I'm then told it fell through the cracks and will be ready in 10 mins only to be told I can't pick them up for 2 more days. I fully understand the legalities regarding when I can pick things up but how does a sophisticated system for medication not flag the original caller so I'm not told multiple scenarios by multiple people? This is by far the worst run pharmacy I've ever used.

This Walgreens location is actually not to bad, the employees are good and very helpful, only thing I hate is the parking is full and most of the people are just sitting in their cars taking up space but besides that it was still a good experience.

I came in with just change to get my script. I felt so embarrassed when, with out asking, the cashier kept trying to find a card on my account and said she could not find it. I had to say I work for a fast food place and did not have a card. I felt 3 in tall by the time I left.

On october 9th, My dr.s office called in a prescription at 8am for me for prednisone pack 21 pills. I waited till 10 am and called to check on the status of this prescription . I was told that they had not retrieved all the messages yet and to give them an hour and call back. I waited till 12 pm, and called again. At this call, I was told that they did not have a message for a prescription for me. Mind you, I work for the Dr. who called this prescription in for me and was standing right there when they called it in. So , My Dr. called again to get this prescription for me. They waited 10 minutes on hold before someone could take this prescription order to be filled. Unexceptable. I came to your store at 2pm to pick up this prescription. At this time I was told it was going to be a few more minutes before it was ready. A prednisone pack is prepacked. You pick it up off the shelf. Unbelieveable that it would take from 8am to 2pm to get a prednisone pack and it still isnt ready. Your employees do not know what they are doing or do they know what the other is doing. This is unexceptable. We have alot of pts. who we call prescriptions in for to Walgreens. If this is the hassle they have to go thru to get a prescription, we will be thinking of using another place of buisness for our pts. to pick up prescriptions. from. And before you say Maybe they were busy, your store is chaos with the construction going on and your employees seem to have an issue being there and helping customers. I will never use you again . Thanks but no thanks

Good staff but there always seems to be a wait for service. Never have any issues with prescriptions.
