The complaint I would like to make is . It’s this one particular worker . Who typically is never nice. Never smiles , says you’re welcome or anything . I get the job can be frustrating however you are to still embody kindness to others . I’ve seen him rush and be rude to nice people who are just trying to get their medication. He is a snapper built white male , tall, with short blond hair. I would like a manager to see this to speak to him about that for better customer service.

i had the worst experience for two days trying to fet my covid medicine this girl working there was so rude tried to tell me my insurance wont cover it and i told her my insurance said its covered and to run it though again she snapped at me and told me that she talked to my insurance and said its not covered and wouldn’t run it through again then today when i checked on it she gave me an attitude said its still out of stock and when i asked if i should check other locations she gave me an attitude and said u can do that i asked another walgreens location today if they have it in stock and they did and ran it through my insurance and told me it was covered and i had no problems with them this lady does not need to be working there she was so rude and made me feel like i shouldnt be getting my medicine from them i felt so disrespected

I can't speak for anyone else but for myself the lady pharmacist that I spoke with in my opinion went way above and beyond to help me so that's why I gave five stars she was extremely helpful in taking care of the issue.

I was interested in getting both a flu vaccine and COVID booster at the same time. I checked online to find a pharmacy that had Moderna booster. This Walgreen’s location had it so I looked at appointments online and all times were shown available so I decided to run a few errands before dropping in for vaccines. Once I got there just after 10:00am I was told I needed an appointment. Okay, I understand that so I booked the first one shown online at 11:10am and waited for that appointment time. During this time I overheard someone saying they were 30 minutes behind but I decided to wait. Finally at close to 1:00pm I asked about my 11:10 appointment and was asked by the same clerk that helped me earlier if I had “checked in?” She never told me I had to “check in” before my appointment and there was no signs or indications that I had to do that. This was especially frustrating since she was the one I asked about the appointment to begin with! I’d had enough at this point and just canceled the appointment.Absolutely awful service! I’ll go to another pharmacy to get my vaccinations from now on!

Zero compassion or empathy for a patient right after surgery. Avoid this place. They are incapable of thinking here. And they are incredibly rude. They even hung up on my doctor.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens is the absolute worst. They always have attitudes and look at you like you're up to something. My wife had a prescription that was supposed to be filled on a Saturday and they ran out of her medicine. She tried to have it filled two days before that Saturday and they told her it was too early. They never checked to see if they were running low. They finally filled it but then their system crashed and they closed for the day. This is last prescription we will EVER have filled at a Walgreens. They know nothing about customer service.

I have been a customer for quite some time. But during the past year, they have gotten slower in processing my prescriptions. This really annoyed me since they also put up a sign saying they process in 30 minutes... which is a laugh. I am older and like to make just one trip to pick up groceries and other shopping... Then pick up my meds at the same time. I see and hear my doctor sending it over. I then call them, explain how I would like to pick them up in an hour, and I remind them of their 30 minute guarantee. So often they are not ready.
