Made an appointment today with Walgreens 9200 Middlebrook Pike for my COVID 19 vaccine. The appointment time was 3:20pm. The first person I encountered to inform I was here for my appointment she stared like a deer in a headlight. She had zero social skills and after 5 minutes asked someone else to help me as she couldn't find the appointment and walked away no comment. The second was a male and he was slightly better but gave me paperwork to fill out. The paperwork was the same paperwork online to make the appointment. I informed him that I had answered those very same questions when I made the appointment. His reply was I needed to fill out the paperwork to be seen and left with no apology. After I completed the paperwork the same female with zero social skills asked if she could help and I told her I needed help but not from her. Another male came to the window with the work completed and told me I needed to go to another window. I asked him if he could help me at that window. He did help at the cash register and then left with no additional conversation. What a terrible way to treat customers. I will never ever be back to this Walgreens. By the way I wasn't given my COVID 19 shot till 3:55pm.

I just filled my cats prescription here they have to verify it so it may take a few days which is fine with me. The older lady at the window with blonde hair and glasses is rude and snarky. If I thought they would have given me my prescription back to get filled elsewhere with no problems I would have asked for it back but this lady made me feel like she thought I was a drug user or something. No one should have to deal with that doing something as simple as taking a script through the drive thru

Walgreens on middlebrook pike, please make sure you read people’s paperwork when they fill it out for getting a vaccination. Especially if someone has a sensitivity/allergy to latex like I do. You don’t realize how annoying it is to put that on paperwork and someone not pay attention. I’m grateful mine is not a major severe reaction, but breaking out in a rash is annoying enough.

Extremely poor customer service at the Middlebrook location. After 4 consecutive difficult RX pick ups, we are changing pharmacy’s. I do not recommend this location because of Casey with the pharmacy staff.

I love the 3rd shift staff at the Middlebrook Pike and Cedar Bluff location, they always go out of their way to help us get the best discounts and are very sweet to my family that's rare for a pharmacy as most just don't care, and i love how we can just go online and see or do whatever we need to for each member of our family.

I'm in this store frequently for prescriptions and seasonal purchases. The staff is friendly - the pharmacy staff is happy to answer questions and help find products. Store is clean and well-organized. Very convenient to also have healthcare clinic. New partnership with Kroger has resulted in a totally new shopping experience. I stopped by after it opened and was pleasantly surprised by the transformation. This will be a much more convenient option for quick grocery store errands.

Friday after work I went to the walk in clinic at Walgreens on Middlebrook in Knoxville. I felt like crap! The doctor there said I had a upper respiratory infection. She also refused to do a flu test, because I was to perky to have the flu! I got worse over the weekend, so I went back to the doctor today. Well I have type A flu! I guess that is the perky flu!

I went there to purchase an unnamed product for someone. I wasn't crazy about buying it and I was sent by someone who wouldn't go in and buy it. The cashier handled my purchase with discretion and tact. Thank you so much!

My go to store for everyday needs and snacks. This location is pretty nice it always has everything I'm looking for, plenty for parking and professional people. The only thing I would want them to change is keep it more organized because sometimes the isles are a mess and they need someone to constantly organize and put things where they belong.
