By far the worse place I’ve lived at. I moved less than 2 miles down the road and believe me it’s worth it.I would highly recommend staying away from this place.The lease was done completely wrong including missing the info of our pet who was listed on two applications. They then preceded with threats.The office staff is beyond rude and they are never accommodating. The problem is always your problem with an excuse, including a leak coming from your light fixtures.There’s never parking and if you try to park in area near your apartment, you’ll receive a threat for a tow or your car will just be gone the next morning without reimbursement.They are constantly threatening to shut down the one decent amenity offered which is the pool in the summer so if you have kids you might want to reconsider.You can find much better quality somewhere else and for much cheaper.

Absolutely terrible the office staff is questionable at best you’ll know once you encounter them I lived here for over a year and every encounter with them was miserable. You’ll see for yourself do yourself a favor a rent from someone who doesn’t treat you like you’re a bother rather than a resident my lease was done wrong completely from the beginning and that was just the beginning I could go on and on about parking and their attitude to tow residents cars is ridiculous, there are plenty of properties you can rent from on the same road that are better. If this helps one person not rent here that’s the whole goal.

Locstuon is close to 2 grocery stores and convenient to all the major shopping centers. Has a beautiful pool and 24 hour gym.

BLACK MOLD----Regarding the owner/management response below:They did exactly what this review states (paint over black mold in utility room and absolutely nothing to address the black mold in the air ducts). This is unchanged as of December 7, 2023.Their response to this review was a threat to sue and evict.ORIGINAL REVIEW:These apartments feature a locked utility room within each unit. The utility rooms houses the A/C air handler and the hot water heater. This hot water heater leaked for 6 months without anyone knowing. That is until mold showed up on the A/C vents. When the closet was unlocked by management it was completely covered in BLACK MOLD. The managers Jeff B and Tammy said the mold was a non-issue. Once pressed they said they would fix the mold. Their totally safe solution – They painted over the black mold!This also led to multiple 30,000 gallon and one 80,000 gallon water bill. Electricity also averaged 2000KW a month ($200+ each month) for 2 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. Tenants were laughed at when they confronted Jeff B.

I moved here in March of 2023. I have loved every second living here for the past several months. The staff are very kind and help out with any accommodations possible. The grounds are clean. People having to clean up after their dog is enforced. The maintenance respond very quickly. The pool is lovely. My dog feels very welcome here as if the grounds are all his. The neighbors you have cannot be controlled, but most of any problematic neighbor problems gets solved by the staff. There are also little cherry on tops too such as: my daughter goes in to the club house every day afterschool and the staff have a snack room for her to get a snack; there is a dog bath; there is a car wash; there are gates! I would recommend anyone live here that likes living in peace and being well accommodated.

I have loved living here so far! The maintenance staff is particularly great! They respond very quickly to any concerns and resolve them in a timely manner. The apartment complex overall is great.

After moving from out of state and selecting an apartment complex to live in just off of research alone- I am happy with our choice. I don't think we could have found a better place in such short time that we had to move. Walden Legacy is a beautiful apartment complex, tucked away off a long road, surrounded by beautiful trees. The complex is always kept up nicely, no one leaves their trash on the ground and our neighbors are friendly and quiet, we hardly know they are there. The apartment itself is modern in design and has nice wood laminate flooring and very spacious compared to our last 2 bedroom apt. We have so much peace of mind living here and love the area as well!

I just moved here in September by myself from Florida and I couldn't imagine choosing any other apartment complex to call home! It is nice and spacious and has everything I could need. Service requests are quick, the amenities such as the gym and pool are always well kept and everyone you meet is super friendly.

This is about maintenance. I've called a few times now, and these maintenance people are the BEST!!! They come out right away, I think they can pretty much fix just about anything, and they really deserve to be recognized for all of their effort. And to make things even better, they are always so happy!!Fabulous job!!!

I absolutely LOVE living here! Maintenance crew is amazing and the Office crew is so understandable! I love this apartment and would highly recommend it to all my friends who are looking for an apartment! Will forever be my favorite 1st apartment!!

Maintenance Staff is def a 10! Quick, responsive, and friendly. Thank you! And Tammy is always quick to answer any of my spouses questions or concerns.We enjoy our quiet community and location of the complex.Wish there could be more done about the parking issues especially those who park in "RED" Zones and other no parking areas.

Maintenance staff is 10/10Office staff is 3/10They love to follow the rules when it’s profitable and convenient for them. We were served a notice of a $250 fine (that if not paid timely would lead to eviction). This fine was for not picking up a piece of dog poop for the first time in 2.5 years of living in the complex. We have a toddler and an infant at home so seeing a threat of eviction for a piece of poop seemed extremely aggressive. All attempts to reach the assistant manager were avoided (one office visit, three phone calls, and a voicemail).Cars park in front of fire hydrants, ADA walkways/ramps, in tow zones, but none of those violators are ever served notices/fines/threats.I have paid this fine to avoid further fines and evictions. I look forward to seeing how that $250 will be used to better our community.

I absolutely love the staff at Walden Legacy. Very helpful and reliable. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The parking is terrible. We have a lot of spots taken at all hours by non residents. Other than that we have loved it here. It’s a beautiful property.
