Truck driver: 1st the address is under the bridge. Google maps says location is halfway between bridge. Cross bridge make 1st left then next left to gate. There's huge parking lot outside of gate.
2nd: place not made for 18 wheelers. Took me 15 minutes just to back up to dock because there is no room to maneuver. They want you to use the last dock I think because others are broken but have trash all over yard so can't even move around in the little bit of space that's there.

Complicated process to get into the building. Very friendly staff. Poor management of files. Not great but not terrible.

This company used to be very efficiently run but it has gone downhill. Not only did the pricing increase drastically, but it has been nearly impossible to get my overflowing shred bin removed. I have called over 8 times in the past 4 weeks and have even spoken with a "supervisor" last week who assured me that it would be picked up this morning. It's now almost 3pm and it still hasn't been picked up. I called BACK and am being told it's not on the schedule for today. I highly recommend going with ANY company but this one.
