these clowns blocked me and unblocked me later on for leaving a negative review on them. STAY AWAY. SHADY PRACTICES. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Their techs are incompetent and they don't do full check ups on the vehicles they put on the lot. The vehicle we test drove had a slew of mechanical problems that were promised to be addressed, yet never were. Even after continuous poking a proding, all they could be bothered to do was send a tech out to drive it to their shop to install their little gps and drive it back. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLENISH THE GAS TANK AFTERWARDS. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE.

So I received something in the mail that looks like a lottery ticket and I scratch it off just for fun. It said that I won $1000 and I asked my neighbor if that was a scam or not and she said she got the same thing in the mail with the same exact $1000 winnings. I called the automotive place and they said that some sales guy made an ad that said if you read in the fine print, there's no exact winning you get selected to be in a final drawing. that is false advertisement and they are just doing it so people will go and they will talk cars to you. I think that it's wrong morally and will never go there now. So if you get something from the mail from them, saying you one, you definitely didn't.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! Every car on the lot is disgusting, all have trash and stains/damage that they just right off as it's whatever because it's a used car and you get "good" prices on it. Was looking for a reliable car for my friend and they kept trying shoo me off because she doesn't know much about mechanics of a vehicle. Dude seemed friendly but definitely didn't hav3 the customer in mind and played off major concerns about all the vehicles as they're used. They also strip small things like spare tires from all the vehicles and charge you Alot just to get them back. This place Will rip you off and not give a damn if you call complaining. They're only focus is to sell cheap auction cars for a major profit and take advantage of customers with credit issues.

My daughter bought a car with $1000 down, and her financing didn't go through, so instead of them calling her they sent a tow truck to get it. Then told her that she was charged $30 per day for the vehicle. So if you pay money down and financing doesn't go through you won't get your money back. She is not in a financial position to lose that much money, but that isn't their problem.
