It's always freezing cold in there. They keep the door open when it's snowing outside. They canceled my appointment without telling me because someone else needed the spot. When I showed up for my appointment, they said they didn't think I needed it, so they canceled it. Also did nothing to try to make it right or work me in that day.

Vicky does an awesome job on my acrylic French tip nails! She first did my nails about 18 years ago. I tried someone else at a couple of different salons when I couldnt get an appointment when I needed and no where comes close to her quality of work. You may find somewhere cheaper but as the old sayings go cheapers not always better and you get what you pay for. Try Vicky trust me you won’t be disappointed. She’s also very friendly and listens when you tell her about your family and what’s going on in your life. For me having her do my nails is a good therapy. I always look forward to going in.

So I was actually supposed to have an appointment at Snappy nails & had turned around in Vicky's parking lot.... got to snappys and they weren't even open!! Should have just gone to Vicky's in the first place! I was able to get in right away and she did a great job! I will be back!

Never again. Made to feel like me and my daughter were an inconvenience because of the “accommodations” they had to make for her. She is 3 and just wanted the same “salon” experience as her mommy. She was very aware she didn’t get the same treatment and her feelings were so hurt after we left..I know she can’t do everything mommy does but she can still be pampered too. The manicure stations were filthy. Dust CAKED on everything. My tech was on her phones a lot and constantly stopping to text. I’m a working mom so I can related to needing to check your phone or text back at work so I didn’t mind at first but as it continued throughout the manicure it became super unprofessional. She seemed frustrated that I wanted a round tip instead of square.. even told me once she couldn’t do rounded because I got tips? Upon getting home and looking closely at my nails some of them are still mostly square on one hand the others are round like I asked and the length isn’t very consistent. I’m not happy about this experience at all.

Me and my mom always go here and get our acrylic nails done. They usually are great and work fast and precise. ?? Sometimes they are a little rushed and he/she touches my nails and messes them up. It’s always solved though and never get charged extra! This is highly recommended ??

Called and made my appointment and was told full set with gel is $45. I go in to get my nails done and the guy doing them cannot stop looking at all the other people and things going on in the salon. Didn’t even have complete focus on doing my nails and you can tell by how they turned out. Asked him multiple times to please cut the length down due to me not being able to have super long nails at work and he wouldn’t do it until I basically begged and barely cut any length off. They are super uneven and the color isn’t even what I chose initially. At the end whenever I went to pay, I got charged extra because the length was long... after I asked multiple times to please cut them down. Paid almost $60 for a very, very poor job and sat there for an hour and ten minutes. They do not listen to what you want whatsoever. I was hoping this would be my nail place since I just moved to the area, but I will not be returning. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We just moved to the area and hope this salon is not a reflection of the area. The pedicure was not done properly, very rushed. The full set was NOT what I asked for and even after complaining several times that she was not doing it correctly, neither the tech or the owner would listen. $158 for neither mine or my daughters nails to come out right. They do not match nail sizes, one hand is longer than other on both of our full sets. One nail tip was put on crooked, when I addressed it, the tech acted like it was nothing and kept going. It took everything in me not to lose it in there. I have never left a negative review but the service received here was horrible. I hope to find a good salon in the area, because I will go without before returning here!

Has always been very clean And friendly. I have went to Vicky for 21 years never had any issues. Highly recommended.
