Cale was awesome! He spent a lot of time and mental effort making sure my phone transfer went through.

Cale helped when my phone completely shut off. He made it smooth and effortless while at the same time streamlining upgrading my phone and home internet. Cole kept us informed throughout the process of the new home internet and helped us with questions we may have in the future as well. This was a great experience and I will continue to use this location and Cole!

James made this process so easy!!! I recently purchased a new phone which has taken hours before. James got me out of there no more than 30 minutes, explained all of my purchases honestly and in detail, and made the overall experience wonderful. Thank you James!!!

Linwood crowder was a great salesman, kept with the upgrades and upsales. Very personable you need more like him.

They will take your SIM card, tell you you do not need it and send you to the Apple store, then proceed to gaslight you and tell you the SIM card is in your phone when you inevitably come back to get it when you see it sitting on the counter. Thanks Verizon.

Visited this store for information regarding upgrading my phone and/or plan and eventually found out what I needed. I will return later as suggested.

Worst customer service ever. All they do is try to sell you additional insurance and refuse to help other wise. Also a salesman tried to scam me for cash. Horrible.

Don't let the sign fool you. This is NOT Verizon! It is Cellular Sales and the employees are independent contractors that work on commission like a car dealership. I (a current Verizon customer) went in to ask a question about buying a new unlocked device and using it on the Verizon network and was asked for my phone number. My phone number doesn't contain the answer to the question I asked. The difference between going to Cellular Sales and an actual Verizon owned and operated location like Turkey Creek is night and day. The REAL Verizon isn't high pressure sales trying to sell you stuff you don't need. They also can accurately answer your inquiries without needing to pry into your personal life. Just go to a Verizon company owned store and have the peace of mind that a third party seller didn't just take advantage of you.

Don’t expect any help if you aren’t buying anything. I went in with a question. The sales rep didn’t ask to look at my account. After asking my question his response was “I don’t know. Call customer care” then walked off. Not great customer service at all. I’m glad I wasted the gas to go to this store for absolutely nothing.

I found out I'd be needing to switch my phone over just a couple of days before leaving for international travel (so on a bit of a tight schedule); I was also several months behind on iCloud backup, meaning that the transfer would need to be completed with continued supervision and I couldn't be sent home with the new phone halfway through the update letting iCloud do all the rest. When I tell you that Shanti went above and beyond to make this transfer happen, I mean *beyond* above and beyond. She was so gracious and communicative every step of the way; she provided helpful explanations and was so patient with any questions or concerns; she was proactive in making sure to head off any potential issues with the transfer (such as difficulties verifying 2-factor authentication for some apps); and when it became clear that we wouldn't be able to finish everything needed before the Verizon store closed at 6 (we'd arrived there a little after 4), she offered to take the old and new phones home with her to complete the transfer so that she could personally verify that they'd be ready to go the next morning and expedite the process. She even offered to drop them off at a Verizon store closer to my home so that I could pick them up more easily; talk about extraordinary service. She made what could have been a stressful experience a lovely Sunday evening (and on Mother's Day! what the heck!), and I'm so grateful that my phone was in her very capable hands. When I told her that my phone's language was in French, she didn't even bat an eyelash (she's fluent in Italian!); she is a formidable employee and a great person to have in your corner.EDIT: just wanted to note that this is the first Google review I have ever left. The service was *that* good.

Advice, get off your phones and help a customer. Been a Verizon customer for 12 years. Was going to upgrade my phone but you lost that sale. If you were a corporate store I would dump Verizon and the 5 lines I have with them.

I actually live in Morristown who happen to have horrible customer service. I drove to Knoxville and it was well worth it. Very knowledgeable and efficient. 100% straight up from the get go. No “surprise “ charges on bill etc. Lloyd Bonner was my rep. and was top notch. No upsell, no bs, just got what I wanted. He even called a week later to make sure I was happy with my purchase, had any questions etc. That’s not only top notch customer service but that’s class.
