I dropped my phone in the lake this weekend. Decided to take the opportunity to change from US Cellular to Verizon. MARK WAS FANTASTIC! He looked for ways to save my family money. Not only did he find the best plan he could, he spent at least 1 1/2 hours helping me get my Apple password set up. Not his job at all! Could not be more impressed!

Store and customer service both useless. Doubled the cost of plans 30 days after signing now stuck in 36 contract and "their is nothing they can do". I can, just switch to AT&T. Wasted hours of my time to tell me the same thing over and over. What a joke.

I have shopped here on and off for a few years now and I’m perplexed about the negative reviews which lead to leave a positive review ( we tend to only leave negative feedback from our experiences). The store GM Will would not let any of the garbage you read here occur. This is a corporate store and trust me. They have a vested interest in your business there whether it be a personal account or a business account they will treat you right more often than not. Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself! Thx for the iPad today

Do NOT trust this store! We have been talking with Jacob at the store for almost 30 days; He is a LIAR and a scam artist. He fraudulently added an extra “ghost” line to our plan which raised our bill and then when confronted with it refused to let us speak to a manager. Went back the next day to see manager and the manager ran to the back and refused to speak with us. What’s up Verizon?!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My fiancee wanted to cancel his account, and he spent over an hour with customer service on the phone, and they told him to go the store for verification and at the store they initially refused to help and one of the employees named Jordan told him, he should leave. This is a picture of the employee (short with long frizzy hair and a scraggly beard) who was so rude and awful. He cussed at my fiance, got in his face, and yelled at him he should just leave and go somewhere else. It's such a shame that this is how they treat someone who has been a customer for over 20yrs. Thank goodness for the gentleman Jacob, who actually tried to help and calm down the situation because it seemed like the employee in the picture Jordan was about to physically assault us for trying to cancel an account.

My Family and I just went by Verizon and Bob was very helpful, friendly, & efficient. This is the level of service we are used to at this location.

Never even got to talk to anyone. I waited 25 minutes because they did have their hours listed. You could only scan a QR code which I could not use because I was there because my phone was not working. Ended up seeing employees from the business next door opening up and had to ask if they knew Verizon hours they ended up googling them for me to find out they didn’t open for another hour. Not to mention I had to miss time at work due to not being able to clock in from my phone on top of that I’m not from Tennessee so I had to figure get directions for the next closest Verizon without a GPS to use. How hard is it to place business hours on the door instead of a QR code.

Absolutely the worst service possible. After paying for multiple lines and insurance, we had a phone with a bad charger. Not only did they send us across town, telling us it could be fixed (when the Apple Store said it couldn’t), but when we got there days later it couldn’t. Happens, but got the replacement phone, spent 2 consecutive nights trying to get the backup to work with tech support. Needless to say, there backup didn’t work. Took it in and was promptly told, we can help you but it’s $29 to help get it right. Multiple trips across town, 2+ hours on the phone, $100+ for a replacement phone and they want $29 to assist (when they had no other customer (BTW). We will be switching to AT&T along with all our business accounts.
