Nothing but bad experiences at this store. They don't listen to anything I want and won't stop trying to shove things down ur throat that you don't want just for a bit more profit. Went in today to try and pay off my phone and was adv they can't help because I'm not authorized on my account. Told me to go to corporate they could get around it. Went to corporate store on Callahan who looked me right up and let me give them money for my phone. Just go to a different location

Visted there today to get my phone transfer to Verizon plan. They were really nice and kind. Also Very patient with my wild 3 year old as well; Lloyd one of the store employees was playing with him and keeping him entertained while we were doing that. Very good costumer service!! Thanks again yall

Visited Cale at Broadway to see about some new phones for my granddaughters. He helped us get some great deals for them and for my husband and I as well. He also took the time to analyze our account and make sure we were getting the best deals and perks. Very polite and helpful!

Went into the Broadway location today to look at new phones. Cale was very helpful and informative. Did a full account review and helped us get into new phones without raising our bill and got us home internet for a lot cheaper than we're paying!
