“Exception experience for our company holiday party! We recently hosted our holiday party at On Broadway, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Lindsey, our sales specialist, for being incredibly attentive and flexible throughout the planning process. From the very first email she was quick to respond and helped us design a fantastic event the perfectly matched our vision. Andrew, our event lead, was exceptional on the day of the event. His attention to detail and proactive approach made everything run seamlessly. He went above and beyond for us - nothing slipped through the cracks, and he was constantly checking in the ensure we had everything we needed. The venue itself is incredible, beautifully decorating for the holidays, creating a festive atmosphere that all the guests loved. The space really was perfect for our group and the casino vendor we used. Maddie and Katie, the bartenders, were friendly, efficient and provided great service to all the guests. The drinks were delicious, and the entire staff made everyone feel welcome. As for the food - WOW. Every dish was great, and the dessert was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and be sure to get the VOL Bites and the Irish Cream Mouse!! Overall, the level of service and attention to detail provided by everyone at On Broadway truly made our holiday party one to remember. “Nice facility and fine service. Ample parking. The meats (especially the prime rib) were excellent as were the mashed potatoes. Most everything else foodwise was rather mediocre, including dessert. A solid 4 to 5 overall.”
“I was recently at Bridgewater to celebrate a birthday with my friend group and it was the perfect venue! The room was beautiful and the table setting was elegant and perfect. We ordered oysters, salad, steak, and dessert and it was all perfectly prepared and presented. The staff was lovely and attentive, you can tell they take pride in their work. Can’t wait for my next event at Bridgewater!”
“Our family hosted a pre-wedding welcome party for 60 guests at the Square Room, and it was fabulous. Planning and organizing with Demi was easy, and he created a space that was comfortable and a menu that was delicious. His team is organized and prompt to respond, and the on-site staff on the night of the party were professional and helpful. I loved that our guests got to see Market Square, and I also loved that the venue was tucked away enough to feel cozy and private. Also the stage is just perfect for a band. I wish we could do it all over again!”

“In October of 2025, My daughter and I got off the highway due to an accident. She was experiencing trouble with her laptop and had an essay due and it was crunch time. We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go. He didn't have to do this nor was this part of his job but he came through for her and we are forever grateful for going the extra mile. Josh, I hope you know you made our nerves at ease knowing you jumped in to help right away. Thank you Josh!!”

“Came from Asheville NC to see Demon Hunter. ?.Venue is is nice, clean, staff was friendly, acoustics were awesome. My only complaint was the handicap section. I appreciate it being roped off, it's right up front..BUT I'm in a mobility scooter, and although I could see one guitarist on the stage, the rest of the band was hidden from me by a wall of standing people.”

“This place is amazing!! The bed is so comfy! They have a bar, bistro downstairs with an awesome bartender Ilene I've been in the restaurant business my whole life and she is a great bartender. She makes you feel right at home oh yea she makes a great cocktail!! Thank you Ilene your great! My room is perfect with a GREAT view. Ill definitely recommend this hotel if your ever in downtown Knoxville come stay at this hotel!! You won't be disappointed!!”
“Love this place! They always have fun events! I love that they cap the number of people at these events so they are smaller. The archery and ax throwing is fun, along with their selection of outdoor games along with the outdoor fireplace. The rooms are otherworldly and are utterly amazing! Ancient Lore, you won't regret it!!

“We had to stay 3 nights because of a power outage in our neighborhood. I wasn't going to be inconvenienced by going to a cheap hotel. I was already out $2700 just to get power on at my house. My dad used to say, "it's only money." This was worth it.
Noteworthy details: It's off the interstate. It's not so much a vacation spot. But it was money well spent for the comfort.”

“Not sure why this place is open at 6 because it’s dead in there until 9! We didn’t eat so no review on food, I would say beer fairly priced. We went on a Saturday night and I thought there would be more line dancing but it was more two step (hate) and a club music vibe. I was hesitant to come because we have the most wonderful and inclusive line dance where we live but it was ok.”
