My package has been sitting there for 4 days. No scans, no movement, nothing. Would someone do their job and deliver the package. Surely space should be an issue and sitting on packages has to cause constraints. This is not even close to the first time this has happened from this location. Time to find someone who can get this place organized and under control. ?

Unfortunately, this USPS distribution center doesn't even deserve one star. Week after week, my packages are sent from this location to other states or in the opposite direction of where they should be sent. I live in Bluff City, TN and it's sad that our mail has to go through this location before being sent to Johnson City then to me. There is no accountability which is why they don't care what happens. This location seems to need an entire overhaul. We can and must do better!!

Worst post office anytime i order something and it gets to this location they screw up i ordered a package and when it arrived at this location they sent it to Kentucky and delayed my package for 5 more days I already have waited a month for this package

Unprofessional and Unpleasant Experience at USPS Delivery Location**
As a truck owner and driver with experience across 48 states, I've encountered a variety of USPS delivery locations over the past year. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this particular location have been far from satisfactory, making it the worst I’ve dealt with to date.
**Issues with Staff Conduct and Professionalism**
The primary issue lies with the Day time supervisor who receives deliveries at the gate. Despite her role, she has displayed behavior that is both unprofessional and concerning. On multiple occasions, she has been extremely rude and unhelpful. There is a noticeable lack of professionalism and manners, which is particularly disturbing given that this is a federal government facility.
**Concerns About Substance Abuse**
Even more troubling is the apparent substance abuse issue. It is clear that the supervisor is under the influence of some kind of substance while on duty. This significantly impacts her ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with drivers. Her husband, who is responsible for unloading, also seems to be affected, which raises serious questions about workplace safety and efficiency.
**Unreasonable Wait Times**
During my most recent delivery, I was made to wait over 5 hours to unload just 3 boxes. While waiting times can vary, the excessive delay in this case, coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the staff, made the experience particularly frustrating. The issue is not the wait itself, but the manner in which it was handled.
**Recommendations for Improvement**
Given that this is a federal facility, I strongly urge the administration to conduct regular substance abuse testing for all employees, including the supervisor and her husband. This is crucial to ensure the safety, professionalism, and efficiency expected at such a location.
In summary, the unprofessionalism and apparent substance abuse at this USPS delivery location make it an unpleasant and concerning place for deliveries. Immediate action is necessary to address these serious issues.

I called this location to verify an order that was delivered on 7/8/24 around 12:35pm the lady I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Telling me I was there before her shift and the people I dealt with were already gone. Instead of asking me for my information to see if there was any missing pallets because one was left on my truck after my last stop. She tried to create an argument with me, which was out of line. After asking to speak with someone who was more professional she hung up on me. It’s sad that individuals like her are put in customer service positions. If she was unable to help me that’s all she had to say instead of giving a story of where she was at the time of my delivery. Dealing with this individual was very difficult and she should not be in this position if she is incompetent of her duties as a dock receiving clerk. If the company reads this my shippers number was 28347144 delivery date 7/8/24. After contacting my dispatch I found out they miscounted and now I have to wait to drop off at fedex. All I was asking was for her to check and she went bananas! Sad.

Post Office can't read, keep attempting to deliver to Greenville TN instead of Green Hill TN, the towns are 4 hours apart! The address says Green Hill!! Stop trying to deliver to Greenville!! Of course you didn't find the address!! Read the ZIP code and stop guessing the town!! Learn to read Dumb Dumbs!!
