It's impossible to contact the local P.O. via phone to find out why the mail carrier cannot take outgoing mail. Calling the national number gets you transferred all over and then you must wait 30 minutes to speak with a person. I will be evicted thanks to the United States Postal Service and their incompetency.

My package was not left at my residence because they saw me leaving( no signature required and it was medication) and didnt consider that other people were home! They left a tag in my box for me to pick it up at the post office and there was a line of 9 people ahead of me with the normal 1 person at the counter. I would have had it redelivered but the info on the pickup tag was wrong and I couldn’t go online to have it redelivered. And I hardly have my mail delivered at my residence before 7 on a daily basis. Worst delivery office in the city!

Postal worker skips package pick ups nearly every day. I can't get ahold of anyone to help remind the carriers of their pick ups and have to chase the mail man down or go in to the office when they forget. Awful service.

Constantly delivering our packages to different addresses or when they get the address correct they just drop it on the ground beside the mail box, raining or not. But when you file a missing package claim then they go by when it was scanned and the mail person said they delivered it. They do not do an actual investigation at all. Luckily some of our packages made it to us through honest neighbors but not all of them. I’ve Called the number that has been provided countless times and no one has ever answered the call, ever. Working for the USPS used to be a desired job through out our country but just like most everywhere else these days, customer service and satisfaction is always on the bottom of the priority scale.

You never can get to talk to a person here at Burlington post office it's all ways a machine that keeps giving you the same thang over an over saying she understands ???? she's a jock cause I keep telling her a agent she says it will be so Minnie
Minutes then she wants to send text get tracking number s I have Tham but not for some one who can't even get you thru to a live person to talk with.the mail person has not delivered my package and sent a message saying they brought it at 9:04 am
That's a lie cause I have been home all day .then it said it was because of the drive way was blocked well that's there job to get out brang your mail to you not
Throw it on the street because it would not fit in the Mail box. @ I'm going to call the News People about this .and the portal in Spector .I payed for the thangs and the post office careers get payed to get it to my house .

This is absolutely the worst post office I have ever dealt with. For the past two years, we’ve had the laziest male carriers that will just shove mail in anybody’s mailbox or packages on any doorstep. Specifically says what the address is and address 1214 is not 12019 so apparently they don’t know how to read. Yesterday we received mail from four different houses and I took the mail out and went and flagged down the postman and told him that he just stuck that in my mailbox And he didn’t know what to say. We just received notification that our Amazon package was dropped off near the front door but it’s nowhere on our front porch so apparently it’s at another house because they don’t know how to read. I wish somebody would fix these problems at the post office, because other people are opening other peoples mail, which is a Felony , Because we have nosy neighbors. My husband received an autographed picture and a postman squeeze it into our mailbox just so he wouldn’t get out of the vehicle and deliver it to our doorstep And this is what it looks like when we received it

I have a package being delivered to my place of employment, and for 2 days in a row, they have claimed the business is closed at times that we have been open...times, in fact, that I was personally working...mail carrier is just too lazy to get out of his truck...I've tried calling this post office 15 times with no answer

This place is awful its been a month a have missing mail and never get them , talk to a manneger Kelly and have never taking care off situation , went in try figure out and 13 costumers in line 1 register open please corporate do something . I got informed delivery + i got camera seeing them go up and down the road every day and never stop to deliver my mail .

Our mail has been delayed due to slippery roads from the winter storm. Today I went in to check for a package I needed before leaving the next day and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed! With everything going on, and other people wanting to get their mail picked up, Kelly assisted me and others with getting our mail and packages! Thank you Kelly and everyone else at our local USPS location for all of your hard work!

I had a package that I needed TODAY. Our area has been hit with nasty weather that has hindered mail delivery. I came to my local branch that does the mail delivery for my address and Kelly was able to help me find my package! Kelly has gone above and beyond and absolutely saved the day! Great little post office. Extremely nice staff and a surprising variety of packaging options in the retail section. I have mailed a number of things from here and they've always arrived on time and in good shape.

Closes for lunch but doesn't post the time slot when they will return leaving customers to guess is it an hour or several hours till everyone has lunched.
