I’ve had packages on hold for almost 2 weeks now, with little to no contact from usps about why I haven’t received my packages. Not only is this affecting me, but the roommates I live with too. Whenever I go in person they tell me it’ll be delivered the next day and they have repeatedly told me that lie for almost a week. I’ve sent a service request and that hasn’t fixed anything.

They always screw up my delivery. Whenever I submit a report, they close it out without ever contacting me, even though they say they do. My payroll and benefits mail also comes into my mailbox OPENED. They have lost over $300 in packages so far. I will never trust them.Most recent experience, I set re-delivery to April 8th. They STILL haven't shipped it. My last package I had to call 3 days in a row and show up IN PERSON for them to finally deliver it 3 days later. They probably hold onto it, hope you forget it, and take it for themselves.

I constantly get notifications that a package was delivered, but usually it’s the next day; even though it has been as late as 3 days.My mail normally arrives between 4-5 pm. A package arrived yesterday at 2 pm, and it was supposed to be signed for. They left a note saying no one was available, but my wife was home all day and she never heard a knock or the doorbell. I get home later, go online and requested the package be delivered the following day, (12th).She was home all day on the 12th waiting on the package, then I got home and waited on the package and it never arrived. I checked the tracking and all it says is customer requested the package to be delivered on the 12th. Very disappointed!

I hate this post office for real. Please close it down & start all new. Listen to the people, the reviews are giving. Somebody please come put that place back in order.

Tracking says forwarded because of incorrect address. When I looked at the address of the package, I saw I wrote in the correct address. No one will answer the phone, and the website is useless. Putting in tracking just says it’s being forwarded because of an incorrect address. I feel like I’m stuck in some hellish purgatory with $80 worth of packages just what hanging out in some truck somewhere?

I have only been living in the South Knoxville area for 8 months. But in over 45 years of getting mail. This is the most incompetent and unreliable post office and mail carrier. Never have I had such problems getting mail delivered. Even the mail they scan to be delivered during the day, which you can see on their usps site ,so you know whats on coming that day, isn't delivered. What's the point of having usps site showing you whats out for delivery that day, if the mail carrier just takes it back to the post office and not deliver. I Also had a package marked delivered, however it was not, and I had to go to the post office have them find it in one of their piles. Which took them about half hour to find. How was it at post office in a bag if was delivered? We also didn't have mail delivered for 8 days .

No mail delivery for 2 weeks. Stopped in today and was told it was being delivered today. Not sure where all my tax dollars are going but apparently not here. How can you expect to not have delivery for 2 weeks with no explanation? I’d avoid them at all cost.

Don't use the young high pike or Main st. Locations. I paid an outrageous amount for 2 day air and they lost the package. To add insult to injury, they refused to refund my money after sending me to a second location due to "system problems" the postal service is very minimal at this point and can't be trusted. Shame on the postal service. They must need the money.... I'll ship any way I have to to avoid using the post office ever again. They should stop promising things they can not achieve. Horrible experience.

This post office somehow lost 4 packages in the month of Nov. They were marked as left in mail box. Also, twice they left whole weeks worth of my neighbors mail in my box. Even after going down there and speaking with the supervisor it did no good. At this point it feels deliberate and malicious. The worst experience I've ever had with mail and package deliveries.

It's bad when you have to set and wait on the mail man to deliver your mail and it takes them all day . You guys need to do better .

Absolutely awful. Whomever delivers mail to my address has zero spatial reasoning abilities and will simply jam things into the community box that then from our end (you know small doors and all from the "customer" standpoint) can't be removed. So now I just have a gift sitting in the box and I am unable to remove it without damaging it (which I did and of course it was damaged). I used to support the postal service but now, nah. I'd gladly see it dissolved in favor of private companies.
