I needed a new phone and Rob Boltz at the Turkey Creek location helped me find exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgable, helpful and mindful of my budget. I would definitely recommend him.

Visited location on 3/9 and was helped by Store Manager Kayla Kirkland. She went above and beyond to get billing issues resolved. She highly exceeded any expectations that I had set forth before arriving. I would highly recommend this location and specifically Kayla.

Scheduled an appointment online for 11am. When I arrived, the hours posted on the door said they opened at noon. I waited until 12:15 in the parking lot and they still haven't opened. Why have hours or let me schedule and appointment if you won't respect them.

Manager Josh and Logan made things correct for me From a prior Managment (scam?) She said all you have to pay is sales tax no fuss no muss (LIE) they were very professional about everything, they listened,understood and above all did the right thing. BECAUSE of Them I won't be switching to T-mobile..5 stars

Jordan and Logan both suggested that changing phones would probably not help m6 service issues. They changed our SIM cards . They didn't want us to get new phones if they wouldn't help. I greatly appreciate that!!

I have been helped twice now by Logan. He is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and respectful. He helped me with a technical issue and also found me a great deal on a new speaker. I am very impressed with this US Cellular location - they work as a team - thanks as well to Samantha and Jordan. Logan also followed up on an issue to confirm it was resolved. As a "senior citizen", it is so terrific to see young folks doing the right things!

The young lady That took care of me was very professional, helpful, patient, kind, witty, and represented the company very well, I recommend any to go see her if your interested in an upgrade, new service, or any questions you may have. Her name is Rachel, you’ll know who she is, she the one with AWSOME written all over her customer service.
