I've been unable to make changes to my business account and cancel the promotional lines I was sold. It's my mistake for not reading the contract but the employee did the financing through the wrong phone number and I'm not willing to cancel my business phone number as was recommended by customer service. Very dissatisfied that this can't be fixed and I'm paying for 4 lines and use 2.

I had an excellence experience at this US Cellular! Brendan was extremely professional and over the top helpful! He went out of his way to make sure my family and I were paying the cheapest price for what we needed in our plan. He was very thorough with his explanations and was very easy to talk to. 10/10 recommend this location!

We came in trying to transfer a number from a prepaid Verizon account. Angela J was very knowledgeable, patient & helpful. It was a total pain to get a transfer pin from Verizon but Angela persisted and we were eventually successful. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I recently visited the US Cellular on Shaad. I have to say, i've visited other stores in the city but this store specifically was AMAZING. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. We were looking to upgrade our devices and they made the process incredibly smooth. Originally, I worked with the store manager. He was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my account was correct. He ended up getting us a DEAL. After we spoke with the manager, the next day we came in to complete the process and worked with Brendon. Brendon is the GUY. He worked well to make sure we were upgraded and that our lines were all good. We were even able to get a $100 gift card to make additional purchases.Overall we were very pleased with our visit and we will definitely be back to do business with this store. Those guys know what they're doing.

I went into the store today to ask a few questions and saw F. Lee Carter. He was exceptional. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for us. I walked out of the store with 3 new phones and a lower monthly bill. I work in customer service myself so I can be hard to please, but he is definitely an asset for this company.
